Would put 0 if I could. I ordered 1 sopes and 10 tacos... Instead they charged me for 1 taco and 10 sopes and refused to answer the phone no matter how many times I called. When I eventually got them on the phone and asked to speak to a manager she tells me I cannot change my order after they are the ones who messed up my order. (Just to be clear called 15 times before anyone answered.) If you want to spend over $100 on tacos and not even get the tacos this is your spot

I went in today (4/04) and only ordered 5 tacos, still they couldn’t make my order in a timely matter. I was in there for almost an hour when someone finally agreed to talk to me they had ask me if I would like to order and I said I placed in order in not too long ago, 15 minutes go by and I get asked again if I would like to place my order I said the same thing. After 45 minutes come to find out they weren’t even working on my order the cashier didn’t even put in the order and had another cashier fix the order and didn’t even acknowledge me with her error and after the cooks were arguing in Spanish about where the food had gone. After hearing this I asked for my refund and they didn’t even try to offer me no sort of discount or at least an extra taco for the inconvenience. Very dissatisfied with their customer service, needs lots of work lol. Would give them 0/5 stars if I had the chance.

Personally I thought these tacos were great. For me, a good taco needs to have a fresh corn tortilla and this one definitely met that requirement . I got the carne asada and al pastor tacos. On Tuesday, they have a buy 2 get 1 free special for select tacos. Decently priced, but I could've definitely ate $20+ worth of tacos if I wanted to. Service was quick and efficient at the counter. There was a nice salsa bar with a good variety of salsas. The meat the tacos was fairly tender, would definitely go back!

This used to be one of my favorite taco joints but they "taco bussed" hard. If you live in Tampa you know what I mean. This place used to have an abuela in the back smashing out tortillas the last time I went I'm pretty sure they were bogo Mission tortillas from Publix. Also the amount of meat and ingredients has drastically decreased, you used to be able to get a taco in a double shell, half the ingredients would fall out while you eat it onto the second shell, it was like two tacos in one which made the price ok. Not so much anymore. The flavor is still very good it's just the price has gone up and the amount of food has gone down. I'll blame inflation.

I've always loved this place, and now they have even more vegetarian options. I miss the feel of their original location, but at least the food is still amazing.Vegetarian options: I absolutely love their veggie sopes. On top of veggie tacos, they have beyond tacos as well. They may not have a lot of veggie options, but every veggie option is amazing.

I live nearby and have tried this location several times. Each time, I am left feeling frustrated but not enough to entirely stop giving them another try. Portions have always been skimpy for the price but today I am vowing I am done. Ordered a side of beans and didn't see them. Went back in and was told they are in the box of one of the items. I go back to my car and look and find a tiny, half full container of beans. Get home, take a bit of a quesobirria taco and get only cheese. Open it to find very little meat. Make that x 3. I get times are hard but this is ridiculous.Do yourself a favor and hit up a nearby taco truck or Tacos Las Californias on Memorial for better value.
