The food here is absolutely magical, but to be honest I was most impressed with the service when I went there today. The young lady from Texas helped us . Long time since I have seen sincere service like that. I will absolutely be coming back to try all the biscuit & gravy dishes . Thanks for making such amazing food & friendly service ??

We went here thinking we would have a late breakfast but the kitchen was so S-L-O-W it became an early lunch (42 minutes to make 3 orders) When our food finally came out one of the orders was completely wrong. If you don't care about how long it takes them to cook your food go ahead and order

If I could give Maple Street Biscuit Co 50 stars, I would. I find it hard to stray away from my usual Five and Dime but have also had the Squawking Goat. Can't really go wrong with either. The smash browns are also amazing every time. A true star of this delicious establishment is Heather. What a star! She is a shining light in the difficult world of customer service. Thank you Maple Street Biscuit Co and Heather for the always wonderful service.PS: Please open a location in Lakeland/Auburndale. Going to miss this place like crazy when we move.

A big shout out to Heather. I was there a few weeks ago and got Biscuits and gravy for my husband and I got the chicken biscuit. I live in Temple Terrace. When I got home the chicken biscuit was burnt. I called and the young man told me to save my receipts and I took a picture of my sandwich. I drove over the this morning and was greeted by a happy go lucky young lady named Heather. I showed her my receipt and the picture and she apologized and said she would make it right. She asked me what I wanted and I said just a couple of biscuits and a side of hash browns. She gave me 6 biscuits and the hash browns with apple butter and jelly. She wanted to refund my money but I said no thank you. I'm happy. I will make the drive again and I'm going to get the mushroom gravy and fried green tomatoes. Thank you Heather. ?. Have a beautiful day staff

Crazy how it never seems to matter which Maple Street location I go to, been to several across multiple states & cities, they always mess up the order.This location today, specifically, I ordered Grubhub to go. They did not put rhe hot sauce on the side as requested, which show on the expo ticket on my bag, they did not include silverware as requested and they left my $11 coffee (It had add ons) completely off my delivery. I understand the driver of my delivery is also as fault, and I took that up with Grubhub specifically. However, upon trying to call Maple Street restaurant, you can't get anyone on the phone to complain.Sad that as a chain, none of their locations have a solid team to execute things properly across the board.
I could've done my taxes waiting on my 2 biscuits that I called in to pickup. Waited almost an hour watching other people order and receive their food.They never made my food. I had to ask for a refund and left. An hour wasted. I've really never experienced this in a restaurant

First time visiting this Restaurant and I will never go back to this location again. We waited over 20 minutes for our food got in the car driving home food was HARD and COLD....... It was HORRIBLE. IMMEDIATELY called the manager she said that she going to refund the card and send a gift card NEVER received it..... NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

Yes, sir. I ate here for the first time today and wowsers! I had the Retro Plate with the biscuit + jam, which was tops. Not to mention them scrambled eggs and hash browns ?
Awesome food! First time going and debated licking the plate but didn't want to make a scene lol friendly people and nice atmosphere. Seemed a little pricey at first but the dope food will definitely be bringing me back for more!
The biscuits are good here, but what was amazing was the orange juice!!!! Service is a bit slow.
