this is genuinely one of my favorite places to take myself and my service dog out to dinner. they have a wonderful menu and amazing staff! i’ve always had amazing experiences when i attend :) i would recommend trying their citrus aioli, it pairs well with many things on the menu! my service dog gets grilled chicken breast on special occasions! they have doggie bowls as well which is very wonderful!

We met family and cousins for lunch. My best and quinoa salad was okay but the added shrimp were mediocre and too expensive. My wife's burger tasted off to me and was too greasy. My cousin ordered food without an ingredient because of allergies and it came with it added. It was actually spoiled. The manager came and took it back. We never saw the manager again. The waiter adjusted the bill. No one thought the food was wonderful.Parking: It's a busy strip mall and some of us walked pretty far.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy but you may have to travel to get over curb.

I’ve heard so many great things about this place, so what else was I to do but come try it out for myself? First thing we ordered was the Tavern Wings. The wings were cooked perfectly with just enough crisp to them that paired very well with their gorgonzola dipping sauce (I couldn't stop licking my fingers it was so good.) While we were still stuffing our faces with our wings, the manager brought over a complimentary plate of their JT’s Kettle Chips that was outstanding! Can’t wait to eat those again! For my entree, I ordered their Shrimp and Grits…and WOW!!! There was a party in my mouth with all those flavors- and unfortunately, it was the only picture I took because we were too busy enjoying our meal.☺️ I would have ordered dessert, but jeez Louise we were so stuffed! Marlow’s Tavern is such a cozy, fun place. A great addition to the Carrollwood neighborhood that offers a variety of delicious menu items. And lastly, let’s not forget their excellent service! A big thank you to our server Evan who really made our experience a memorable one. I highly recommend this place. So..:like Arnold Schwarzenegger says: “I’ll be bahhhck”.

I normally don't write reviews but I must write one for this place. We stopped in for just cocktails, since we had plans elsewhere. Our bartender Jason was exceptionally wonderful. First he was so kind and engaging, his recommendations for cocktails were on point and delicious. We also ordered the kettle chips and OMG if you haven't tried this it's a must. (Sorry I didn't get a picture they were gone to fast). We definitely are going back for dinner and not just cocktails. I couldn't be happier with the service I've experienced so far.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Marlows Tavern and I cannot express enough how amazing my experience was. From the moment we sat at the bar and were greeted by Jason, we knew we were in for a treat. Jason was incredibly welcoming and took the time to explain the menus and make recommendations.I decided to go for the Black and Blue burger with fries and I was not disappointed. The burger was cooked to perfection, with a juicy and flavorful patty that was complemented perfectly by the tangy blue cheese. But let's talk about the fries - they were out of this world! It was evident that they were made in-house from fresh potatoes, as they were perfectly seasoned and had a delightful crunch.My husband opted for the Chicken and Egg waffles from the brunch menu and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The chicken was tender, juicy, and breaded to perfection. The waffle was fluffy and light, creating the perfect combination of savory and sweet. And to top it all off, the maple pecan syrup that accompanied the dish was absolutely incredible. I can honestly say it was the best chicken and waffles I have ever tasted.To make our experience even more memorable, a kind gentleman from the kitchen came out while we were waiting for our entrees. He introduced himself (I wish I could remember his name because he was truly awesome) and informed us that as first-time diners, we would be receiving a complimentary appetizer. He surprised us with the kettle chip nachos topped with Gorgonzola dressing, and they were absolutely amazing.Overall, my visit to Marlows Tavern was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm and friendly service provided by Jason, to the delicious and perfectly cooked food, everything exceeded my expectations. Although I’ve been to Marlow’s a few times for networking events, this is the first time we’ve come in for a dine in meal. Happy to report that everything was amazing. From the service to the atmosphere to the food! Many restaurants ask if you’ve been in before, and when you say no, they say welcome. At Marlow’s, they put it into action! My wife had never been and to say thank you for coming in one of the managers, Marissa, brought a sample of their JT Kettle chips to the table. They were a scrumptious!! Our server, Evan, was amazing! We will be back!
