I recently placed an order through DoorDash for a sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast from my local McDonald's on the morning of Sunday, April 21st(5am). Understanding the fast pace of the morning rush, I immediately called the store seconds after placing my order to request a small but important detail for me – to have my egg scrambled instead of the standard preparation.After waiting a few minutes on the line, a staff member answered and informed me that my order had already been picked up, which was surprising and incorrect as I hadn't yet received any notification from DoorDash about my driver being en route to McDonald's. This turned out to be a blatant misinformation, as it took another 15 minutes before I was notified that my driver was actually on their way to pick up my order.Given this mix-up, I held on to a slim hope that perhaps the confusion might lead to closer attention to my special request. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Upon receiving my order, I discovered that my request for a scrambled egg had been overlooked, and I was presented with the regular preparation.While I understand that the breakfast rush can be a hectic time, clear communication and attention to customer requests are crucial for a positive experience. This incident was disappointing, not only because my simple request was not fulfilled but also due to the misleading information provided by the staff. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve service and communication in the future.

Was given the wrong order at the window. I checked before pulled away and informed them it was wrong. They told me to pull forward so they could remake it. The order they brought me was the exact same bag with the wrong order that I returned. Had to leave so I could get back to work, so still never got the right order. This has happened several times at this location. No one here cares at all.

This restaurant chain is committing fraud. Charging for items not received or given. Not updating store information so that way the McDonald's app can display items not available or out of stock. This store has never tried to refund me and actually went as far as saying that they are unable to refund items purchased through the app even if it's the stores fault for not turning off the items available to be purchased. 20+ dollars at a minimum this place has robbed off me. I have submitted a corporate complaint, and I have submitted a police report, and a FTC investigation request to have them dig DEEP into McDonald's cooperation because of the behavior displayed at this store, and the negligence of their online ordering practices. I should be able to pick up ALL my food in the drive thru if I was charged for it. If not I should be issued an immediate refund! My next step is to go to my states business license department and file a complaint against the business license mc Donald's corp has with my state. I'm going to bundle it all up then issue a charge back on my card and provide said documentation. Theft is theft. If I don't get my money back, I'm coming after criminal charges on this franchise holder. This food is too damn expensive to be robbing people for what they paid for!

Placed an order online and arrived to pick up at around d 12:45am. Online it says the store is open 24 hours and it says the information was verified seven days ago. When I got there the staff was outside smoking and joking and asked about picking up an order I was told they close at 2am but they were leaving now. I asked about getting a refund and was told they couldn’t help me. I ended up driving to a different one and ordering and paying again. I see now there are many negative reviews on this location. The owner or corporate might want to get involved in the operations of this store. Your employees are a reflection of you and McDonald’s brand/corporation as a whole.
