Since I grew up in Taiwan, I'm very picky about finding authentic Chinese food. And when I saw "Taiwanese sausage" on this menu, I got very happy! This delicious food takes me right back to my Taiwan childhood and I eat here as often as I can. Ms. Mei is a generous, sweet lady and it's fun to chat with her in Mandarin. Her food is the best Taiwanese food I've had in decades!

Service is amazing. I ordered through their website and had their General Tso's and cheese pizza along with their kung Pao chicken. Very authentic tastes and I love it! The pizza is also very delicious. The cheese is rich and the fusion concepts are delightful. Restaurant was so good that I came back again the same day for dinner. I definitely recommend this restaurant for the quality and service.

Love it so much! We were lured in by the general tsos pizza, but don't sleep on the more authentic Taiwanese food. Everything we have had has been so good. The beef noodle soup is my favorite. The owners are such sweet people as well.

I wanted to try something different, so I gave Mei's World a chance. First time ever trying a Kung Pao Chicken Pizza. It was unique and delicious. They also have many traditional Taiwanese dishes. The two I tried were excellent too. Mostly take-out and delivery. A great place to try if you like Asian cuisine and want something a little different.

An absolute gem of a place in Tampa for authentic Taiwanese food. They excel at a few things, particularly their dough based products (noodles, dumplings, and a variety of pizzas) as well as more traditional Taiwanese comfort food like scallion pancakes and a bunch of other veggie and meat. Help this place stay here! Post-pandemic has been tough but their food is as amazing as always. The staff and owner are always incredibly personable, kind, and the service is great.

My husband and I are so glad we found Mei's. It was completely empty on a Saturday night and we thought it was closed. Mei was at the front door for takeaway orders and when we said we wanted to dine in, she let us in through another door. She said since it's only her working up front, she will only let in a few people into the dining room at a time so that she can properly serve them. As others have mentioned, Mei is so friendly and the sweetest lady - like a happy auntie wanting to feed you when you visit her.We, of course, ordered the General Tso chicken pizza. Certainly quite tasty and makes you wonder why this isn't more of a thing everywhere. We were actually full after two slices each, so we got to take it home and enjoy a few more times. I felt it held up well to reheating in the toaster oven, and it was still tasty eaten cold, as well. We will go back soon to visit Mei and try some of the Taiwanese dishes. I definitely recommend Mei's World Pizza!

Ms. Mei is worth the visit herself, so kind! First time visiting, didn't get the pizza but will be back for it. We had the chicken wings, chive box, dumplings and taiwanese sausage. SO GOOD!!!!
This is a hidden gem!!! My wife and I went here because we have always been curious about it when you think Mei pizza your like "hmmm,is it really worth the try?" Well, let me tell you it is.your going to be blown away by the immediate familiarity of Mei's. Mei the owner, along with her husband are very friendly,warm and welcoming she makes you feel like a niece or nephew. The dining experience is like being at home and with all the food being hand made, your going to feel like you are. So go to Mei pizza and don't forget to post and review. Show Mei some love because that's what she going to do for you. See you soon aunt Mei

I'm assuming our server is Mei and she was adorably nice and attentive. We ordered a variety of things because we wanted to try everything. We got a beef noodle soup, general two's chicken pizza, green onion pancake, dumplings, and minced pork on rice. Star of the show was the pizza. The flavors definitely worked. The tomato sauce is replaced by the general tso chicken sauce and there chunks of chicken, overall it was delicious. I wanted to try all of the other specialty pizzas but we didn't have room in our stomachs. The noodle was not bad, pancake was a no-go, dumplings were solid, and the rice was average, disappointed it was a fried egg instead of tea egg. I would definitely go back for the pizza!
