Ordered a full rack of baby back ribs and a pound of sausage. Got home and my ribs were way over cooked and too salty. Needless to say I was very disappointed. The last time I ordered ribs they were perfect.

Really good BBQ it's nice to see a business dedicated to honoring the Military, local Fire Departments and Police. I saw pictures on the walls of old comrades from my 28 yrs of being a Firefighter.
First time here, probably be the last. The buns were very stale, hard and just crumbled apart, very unappetizing. Pulled pork served at room temperature. Cole slaw was uneventful, beans were not too bad.The only really good item was the fries, but we dont go to BBQ restaurants for fries, we go to hopefully get good BBQI heard good things and really wanted to like it, but the food was a big let down.

I just went here for lunch I got 2 orders of brisket it was $28.36 the meat had no smoke ring on it, tasted like it was braised in water not smoked and it was over cooked. Adventhealth across the street makes better smoked brisket. (From their deli on the days they have it) I have had mission bbq before but it was always catered at an event I was at so that will be the only way i get more bbq from this place.

How can you have a BBQ place and not have spare ribs plain ridiculous you should just close and the service was disappointing also and from the looks of it the place is dead maybe two customers in the building that tells me you won't be open to much longer.
