I stopped in today to pick up an order and one employee was very rude to me. I asked a simple question and it almost felt like he was yelling at me in his response. Will not be returning.

As I was leaving Panda Express, a very rude remark was made to me by one of the employees. It was a public remark too, as the customers and employees heard. The employees even began to laugh. I continued to walk out, as it took me completely off guard. I love Panda Express as a restaurant, but I will never return to this Panda Express location. It was a very personal remark that in no way should ever be said to someone, especially not in public.

The food here is good but the customer service could be better. While working there, team work isn’t supported by other team members and they don’t have a lot of communication skills and the management has favoritism in certain race of people. Some of the new and old employees are childish and immature and some keep drama going because they don’t have as much work to do as others have that actually work hard. There’s a big disadvantage in this situation that people don’t understand as an employee and customer at this place and just the business it’s self. The Owner’s of stores don’t even exist to my knowledge because no one has ever seen, met or talked with them which is a husband and wife who is Chinese that could show more concern for the staff and employees that works for the company and business.

I ordered at the drive through so I didn't see what was wrong until I made it home. I ordered a plate with 1/2 chow mein, 1/2 super greens. How do you confuse super greens with fried rice? You can't even call it fried rice with how soggy it was. It was inedible - to say the least. Plus, apparently 1/2 is too complicated to measure because 3/4 of it was the nasty rice. From experience, don't do the drive-thru. Park, go inside (where you can watch them) & order it to go.

I had beef and broccoli which was fine and grilled chicken teriyaki with low mein noodles. The noodles were under cooked I couldn't eat them. Will try them again.
