Food was hot and fresh, but service was very slow. It said it would take about 15 minutes when I ordered, but when I showed up at about 15 minutes, they hadn't even put anything in the oven. All in all it took way too long, but I give them three stars because the food was as good as I've had from any Papa Johns. The interior was simple and only an open lobby. Unfortunately, the only place I could really wait was sitting on the floor.

The worker who cashed me out was rude. Here on vacation- the hotel gave us a code for 20% off. Placed an order over the phone... told them I had a 20% code... he told me to give it to them at pickup. The guy at pick-up told me it had to be used online... gave me attitude and then said he would do it... but the total only reflected 10%. Most I've ever paid for a large pizza and cheese bread. Haven't had Papa Johns in years... thanks to this experience not going to be back anytime soon.

The driver gave my pizza to a different random house… And then it’s another hr before they can deliver another!! And thier attitude was, we can refund you or wait a hr. Horrible. Horrible. horrible.

I’ve always been satisfied with this Papa John’s the pizza is always good just the only thing I don’t care for when you order there is no place to sit but the foods always good so no complaints here.
We waited 20 minutes to get a free birthday thing for my sister. On the website they say they give a free thing for birthdays and we waited to get it. When they finally got to us after 20 minutes and there only being 1 other person in there with us. When we finally got to order the lady said they didn't have any birthday things despite what the website said.

Tried to call after placing my order to add special instructions. Never answered. Asked them to fulfill my very reasonable request of a side of the breadstick garlic sauce when I got to the store. Jesse, the stores general manager refused. Jesse also greeted me with “what’s up”. Jesse is a l**** and it’s no secret why he works at papa Johns at his age. Will never be back to Papa johns. Get a job you’re not so miserable at Jesse

Got my order , they forgot my soda. No napkins. Called oh sorry we will send soda!! A little late now. Seems to be the norm with every place, we mess up your order don't include common sense things. But we should get paid 15 a hour, and get a big tip . Tips are for good service not stupidity. And good pay is for doing your job. Not playing with your phone and screwing up.
