What happened? 2024 ruined PQD.Fries became mediocer and soggy if taken to-go. They used to have quality food in quality packaging. Now they put everything in 1 plastic box that doesn't ventilate, so it literally lasts 5min before it's borederline soggy.Loved this place until 2024. Dafaq happened? The fries were the best fries around. Perfectly seasoned & crispy. Chicken sandwich was top tier, and even grilled nuggets were delicious and healthy.We used to be regulars at 2-4 times per month. Now we're testing every month or so until they learn how to be a PDQ.From multiple occasions this year, it has become a bottom tier fast food restaurant.PS: (This location has never had decent zucchini fries. Why not?)
It is the price that brings it down. Food is what you expect. Chicken strips, nuggets and sandwiches. I do find it strange they portion their sauces in small soufflé cups. So they use labor to fill the cups. Not cost effective (owned restaurants so very familiar). Service is always good and fast in drive thru. Location is fine.

First time here, and everything was great. Customer service the food was delicious place was very clean!! We will definitely be coming back.
Went to this location today and chose to go inside. Ordered our food which was multiple items and for some reason their system crashed but since we already paid and had been waiting, they noticed the order never came through to the assembly area so we had to reorder again and pay again and the same thing happened again where our order was not going through. Marissa (which I might be spelling wrong) stepped in and wrote our order down and comped us the entire order. She could have easily told us that the system was down and to come back later or just made some kind of excuse but she did not. Because she handled it the way she did we definitely will be coming back due to her efficiency and dedication to giving friendly and actual customer service, thank you.

Good prices for delicious chicken strips fantastic waffle fries! They also have other things that are just as delicious too! I had lunch today with my son and we got our food really quick. The people behind the counter are friendly and fast. I recommend getting the spicy chicken fingers. Also, their sweet tea is second to none.Parking: Plenty of parking with lots of disabled parking as well.Kid-friendliness: They have an option for food.Wheelchair accessibility: Spacious aisle ways.
