Food was terrible. I don't know how people gave this place 5 stars. The fried rice was mushy and had a veggie mix of peppers and carrots that tasted like freezer burn. The lomein noodles literally had nothing on them. Looked like they boiled a pack of ramen noodles and put them in a container.

The customer service here is poor. If I could go into details it would take long but I asked if I could sit in and eat my food and the lady refused bc I ordered it to go. The restaurant was empty as well bc it was slow hours. I don’t make the rules so I understand but for courtesy of being their customer in an Empty restaurant I would think they could be nicer. Another time the lady Messes my order with another gentle man’s order and literally catches an attitude with us for following the instruction on the machine and putting our names in. They’re unnecessary unpleasant.

I wanted to place an order to go and the woman at the to go area (Sunday 03/31 @7:30 PM) said that the to go was closed for orthers but decided to honor the order of a pilot and another bacl woman... so I guess color and status was required...I placed my order at the bar instead with a very nice and genuine lady... THANK YOU!The food was horrible ..,Wanton soup way to salty and reach, looked like that water evaporated and they give us condensed soupShrimp lo main: to oily to salty and to sweat ... I arrived 3/18/24 @ 9AM to catch a connecting flight.I recommend getting a to-go order instead of ordering in. They had my food ready less than 10 min. I then sat down in the area they have for guests who would like to eat their to-go orders while waiting for their flight ✈️. The food was ok, but nothing extravagant. I had the chicken lo-mein for about $12, descent price for airport entree.

Served food on a dirty plate! There is another picture of the same thing but, they say it's stained from the sauce? How can something be clean yet have stains that rub off with a fork? Don't eat here unless u packed your depends! You will have the poops in no time!

Was a favorite in this terminal. Do NOT get the orange chicken or any other "breaded" chicken dish. This is a batter glob with minimal chicken in it. Very disappointed.
I’m travelled and first time been in this place and, I think the last one. I order the food with using touchscreen (cashless) and then when I tried to sit inside waitress told I can’t sit inside if I used touchscreen. I tried to explain that I didn’t know that and Wanted to eat inside but she told I can’t. She was pretty rude. I think they need to put some sign next to the touchscreen to explain that you CAN’t sit inside if you buy your food in our restaurant without the waiter. Or, she can told me calm that I need to buy at least soda inside and it would be great. But… it is what it is.

Unbelievably HORRENDOUS service by Jessica. I was appalled by Jessica’s physical presentation, especially since Jessica works at the Tampa airport location, she seems under the influence. Her speech was incoherent as my order was taken. More disturbed that Jessica physically chased me to my terminal after my bill was paid, I suspect to request my contact information. Unpleasant, unprofessional and unacceptable!

The weirdest Americanized Chinese food I have ever tasted. The chicken had more sticky chewy outside than actual meat. Only ate here becuz the other options were fried foods. Diners beware the horrible food.

The worst place in the entire Tampa airport, not recommended for anyone, terrible service and even worse if you work at the airport and need them to take your order at the counter so you can get your airport discount, they look at you and act like they don't They see you and after they take your order, after several long minutes they forget about your order, and they ask each other who has the ticket, they should hire more friendly people who want to serve

For an airport. Exceptional. Clean. Well organized. Good enough food and alot of it. Service from Kristin was as good or better than any server I've had. Just great Service, super friendly and genuine. Chef in open kitchen was grumpy and you never would have known if you couldn't see or hear him.
