The night time manager that works on Thursday and Friday nights is amazing! When my family and I used to get Pizza Hut, it was super hit or miss. So, we would go to different places and then decided to try Pizza Hut out again and ever since that delicious pizza, we’ve made it our weekly thing to go to Pizza Hut and get our pizzas, and EVERY time the pizza is amazing! Always super hot and fresh. The sauce, cheese and toppings are perfect! Seriously, the quality is superb and the customer service is amazing as well. I can’t remember the managers name but he always comes out promptly, the pizza is ready right on time and he is very courteous. Very happy customer and a big thank you to the whole staff as well, they are awesome! I’m sure you think I’m being over the top about pizza but it’s been a nice way to get my family together and it’s a delicious treat to look forward to at the end of my week.

I ordered pizza for my Dr's office for a Christmas lunch. I ordered a Large Cheese and Large Pepperoni and told them the date a week ahead, thinking it was enough time? The pizza cost me almost $50, which I thought was high but don't get Pizza Hut so just paid and left it at that. The pizza was supposed to be there at 1145 and I called the Dr office at noon to see if it was delivered.....it wasn't! I called the Pizza Hut and a Manger said the guy was running late and doesn't understand much English? It finally arrived at around 1220 and by now I was upset and called back and the manager said he could take $15 off. I agreed as I was calling corporate office to complain. I found out it's extremely hard getting hold off someone to complain to. I called a different Pizza Hut and explained everything and he told me the reason it was so high was because no coupons were added and there was a special going and should have been included. He also said he was going to give my name and number to a manager who might might be able to help? I also called the original Pizza Hut back and a different manager said he was going to comp the order but my bank account still shows I paid $18 for the order. I'm not real happy about this and if anyone from Pizza Hut reads this.....an answer would be nice. The Pizza Hut is closet to Sheldon Road in Tampa, Fl

The delivered pizza was almost warm, and soggy. Delivered several minutes late by a man who didn't speak English so it was impossible to communicate with him.It was worse than grocery store frozen pizza. That's what we'll do after this unsatisfactory experience, unless Pizza Hut has a promising reply.

I went around 10:50 on saturday the 17th. The food was warm and delicious when i got it. Usually at pizza huts the workers are not the friendliest, but the guy who gave us our food was great! ❤️

I ordered pizza last night by delivery, and the cheese was like a brick. Almost as if the pizza was left sitting for a whole day. Maybe it was somebody’s order who didn’t pick it up hours before they gave it to me. It was cold So I just threw it away. I wish I would’ve snapped the picture. I don’t know what’s going on with this location, but they are slacking.Little Caesars is down the street on Ehrlich and Lynn Turner Road and their pizza is always fresh If you’re looking to go the cheap route. Don’t pay $30 for a box of pizza for it to be delivered the way they brought it. Marcos’s Pizza is down the street and it’s 1000% a better option. You will never have to deal with receiving cold pizza.

Just terrible. Food is almost an hour late! Guy who answered didn't know why my food never came. DO NOT ORDER HERE FOR DELIVERY. If the guy ever shows the food will be cold. I don't even know why I tried ordering again. 100% not worth

I’ve only had 2 experiences with this Pizza Hut, the first we ordered a little bit before 11 and call at 11:45 when it never showed up and was told they were still trying to find someone to deliver it and if we picked it up we could just have it so we picked it up. Last night we ordered at 11:10 and it said it was out of delivery at 11:25. It never showed up we called and they didn’t answer because they were closed, they didn’t even bother to call. Do better.

Walked in to order a pizza, and stood there for a few minutes. One other customer waiting, but as far as I could tell, no one had greeted him either. I was going to stick it out, but I saw the employee preparing the food (looked like a salad) with no gloves on—- yuck! Spreading the lettuce and other condiments with his fingers. It grossed me out, so I just left. Saved me a few calories is the only good thing- ha…. But seriously, no customer service and obviously not the correct sanitation standards.
