Placed a delivery order and clearly instructed pizza to be cooked well done and cut into squares. I even called back to confirm while order was being picked up and special requests were confirmed. I still got a pizza with the cheese not all the way cooked through and no square cuts. Called back and the same girl Lisa who confirmed it was correct got an attitude and said she worked for the call center and the store had their calls forwarding to the call center line. She also stated that she didn't have a supervisor or a manager which is even worse for business. Usually order from Temple terrace bc they're food and service is always Great! Happened to be closer to 7023 W Hillsborough Ave, Tampa. Giving this store the time of the day. A very big disappointment.

Pizza Hut pan Pizza is some of the best. Something about the buttery crust just makes it so good and brings back the nostalgia from my childhood. I don't eat Pizza hut often, but do get the craving every so often. Use their app to get it a little cheaper. Disappointed the prices have gone up so much, and that they charge more now to get pan style crust, but overall it's fine for an occasional treat.

Alex is always incredibly amazing. My family visits this location quite often and he always goes above and beyond and has a great attitude towards the customers. Will always choose this Pizza Hut as my preferred location. 100 out of 10!!!

I can’t even leave a star the first at time or don’t from this location they left my pizza at the door on the ground for bugs to get in and don’t knock on my door and there was a leaf on top just nasty
Really disappointed. My fry looked half eaten I paid $5 for fries and the photo shows what I got. My pizza was cold. Did he take a break to eat it?? My pizza looked all smashed and thrown on the floor and my naked wings were covered in hot barbecue sauce. Called Pizza Hut and no one picked up the phone.

Although I hadn't been to a Pizza Hut since I was a child, the staff at this store made me feel welcome and kindly made my order during my lunch break twice. Their positive attitude and excellent customer service will surely keep customers coming back for more. Well done, guys!

I and another customer had to wait 15 minutes before being spoken to, while the food was just sitting in the warmer in front of us was priceless.. after listening to the kid curse a 100 times the wholes in his ears were as big as the ones in his ?...lemon pepper wings and a cpl slices an hour later, over cooked, crusty crusty
