I asked for extra sauce, wasn't applied per request. I requested contact-less service but there are no instructions provided for arrival and calling the restaurant doesn't help because the calls are transferred to the call center. The guy that brought my food to the car tossed my food in the car.

I ordered online a thin and crispy pizza with extra tomato sauce and no cheese. I order this same pizza 2-3 times a month and it’s been great each time.This week the pizza was so burned it wasn’t edible. I called the store and left a message describing what the issue was and requested a call back to discuss the problem. I have not received a call.

Awesome manager - he worked with us when the coupon had an error. We appreciate him and the staff working hard. Wish they had seating but just carry out. Thank you! Love the Cajun fries and certified Cinnabon.

We order Pizza on 8/22/2023 and order no is 3230823103806001311039568. It was 10 pizza order and when we reached there to pick up it was missing one Pepperoni pizza and person working there said he missed that pizza and then he start making missing pizza and we had to wait there. We found out that he gave us cheese pizza instead of pepperoni Pizza. Also, few pizzas from the order was not well cooked.

I placed the order through the app on my phone. The service was fast, and I had it delivered to my hotel. The delivery person was fast and efficient and very pleasant.My problem is, I just don't think "Pizza Hut" is good and delicious when it comes to a thin crust pizza and veggie baked pasta. But I do love their wings, i don't think they can really go wrong with a chicken wing...I Believe think can.I would choose Domino's over Pizza Hut next time and I'm not even a fan of either one of them.I had the baked veggie pasta bowl. It comes in a round, personal size, aluminum container, but the "sauce" they used tasted like a "cheap" sweet jar of store bought pasta sauce.Also the bottom portion of the meal was cool, not Luke warm not hot. I heated it up in a bowl, in the microwave in the hotel room, but it still tasted like crap because of the sweet sauce they used.The pizza was a nice thin crust vegetarian, and it was what you would expect, just average, not super delicious where you would buy it again.Lastly, the breadsticks, were soft and delicious, but the topping they put on the breadsticks, the buttery garlic was way too salty, so that ruined it.If it was for kids, I'm sure they wouldn't care because kids hate everything usually. But for adults I wouldn't bother.

The pepperoni and Sausage was extremely salty. The wings were old and hard. The personal pizza was good, I ordered extra pineapple but it barely has any on it. The delivery was fast. The cinnamon rolls were good.
