Hit or miss. Tonight was a miss. Barely any sauce on the 2x big New Yorker pizzas we ordered. Would call and say something but the last time I had to interact with a manager on duty was a challenge (they called me about confusion on my order - it was an app issue).
Friendly and homie staff that will help! Even when the days get busy, they genuinely want to make sure the orders are accurate and that the pizza looks great! I'm glad I've been coming here even if it's a bit of a longer

Buyer Beware!My pizza was showing up as waiting to be delivered on the app, but was an hour past quoted delivery time.I called the store, and the employee called the driver to check on the pizza.She called me back from her cell phone, and told me the diver confirmed drop-off.I checked outside and my cameras and the pizza never came.They agreed to remake my pizzas, and I asked if I could pick it up instead.While they were making my pizzas, the initial employee accidentally called me on her cell phone. I could hear the manager and staff talking about me in a derogatory manner.I called the store back to tell them that I would just like to cancel the pizzas.I offered to pay for the 2 pizzas, but to credit the tip back to the account.The manager actually got mad at me and said “ I made your pizzas twice lady”I am not giving you a refund. I don’t care if you leave a bad review if you call corporate, I choose to believe the delivery driver!I know people have bad days, but this was more than a bad day.
Perfectly made pizza, delivered quickly. One of the best I've had from any pizza hut in a while. Nice job.

Their website is glitchy. I was denied twice by the website and told my card information wasn't correct. Checked my bank account and they took $60 out twice. How can it be incorrect, if youre still taking money out of my account? I had no confirmation number or email verification that I ACTUALLY had a pizza coming. Instead, they have no record of me ordering a pizza. Absolutely unacceptable .

The worst experience in my life. Pizza hut just lost a customer, I will never step my foot on that restaurant. Sad because I have been a customer there since 2020 and I love pizza hut, but there is a woman manager there… old in age with eyeglasses… that just made me decide that I will never buy Pizza hut again. Unfortunately I didn’t got her name, because I am not the type of person of getting names and reporting people, but the treat she gave me is unforgivable.

The crust didn't really taste right. They had very few toppings on the Hawaiian pizza. The sauce was almost next to none.
