Today, I visited the restaurant at 3.01 pm. I did not notice that they close at 3 pm. One of the employees met me and said that they are closed, I was surprised and asked if they have anything ready that I can buy, he replied that he has to check. 30 sec later, manager (possibly, because he had red t-shirt, not similar to the previous guy) said “Sir, we are closed”. If it is ok for the owner of the restaurant and it is policy of the restaurant it is fine for me as well, as there are other restaurants working around. But anyway, the level of service should be revised anyway. I did not want to order anything, I had just asked if there is anything ready, I can buy. Have a great day.

Never can seem t get your order right. Especially if you order online. Other than that, the food is pretty decent. I recommend the Cuban as it is pretty good for the price and it being on campus.

On our way home, we stopped hoping for a tasty quick lunch. The woman in front of us was ordering a long order, frequently changing her mind. Her friend (it seemed) behind the counter was accommodating until it came to us, and her interest failed. We then waited 30 minutes with people behind us getting their orders. When I went to the counter to check, we did get our food, a simple order, which they got wrong. The young man made it right and was helpful, but the experience left us with "a bad taste in our mouths". Fortunately the food was good. The likelihood of our going that way again is nil so there is little to be done to rectify this.

I went there last Thursday and I have to say that the takeout is not very well managed. They didn't put any utensils to eat with, although I had ordered something that requires utensils to eat, and also, they had parts of my order (chicken and fries) missing and wrong. I realized it after I was far away, so I didn't go back. Could definitely be better and definitely disappointed.

They gave someone else my order, then when the person brought it back they did nothing to replace the items inside, waited a minute then handed the order back to me. This feels extremely unsanitary, especially with a lot of illness going around during this time of year. Thoroughly disappointed.

Love PolloTropical but this one is horrible chicken was not fresh cashier was nice however the person preparing the orders was extremely slow and when I finally got to eat the food order was incomplete
Food is bussin, however, the service could be better. The USF location gets 5 stars but other locations have bad service.

This is my favourite place on USF campus as I'm a cashier here. Customers can have rice bowls known as Tropichops including chicken, veg, or pork. They can also have platters, wraps and Sandwiches.

The hours posted is closed at 10:00 pm.I was there at 9:15 and was nothing left to serve.Came all the way from another town and got disappointed.

The Chicken was extremely dry and the chicken and ham combination did not create a good cuban sandwich. Their were only a small amount of potato wedges. For the price, this menu platter was extremely over-priced. Will not be ordering this menu item again.
