Service was not that great no acknowledgement when you come in waited for a while when there was no one dining in ! Food was ok couldn’t feel any taste of salt or spices don’t know what went wrong there !! This is so embarrassing that this food place is close to bush gardens and the place is so dirty ! This place need clean furniture! I’m definitely not eating here anymore!

I from Louisiana and I love Popeyes and they have nice deals when u use da app
I arrive to pick up a order of just 6 wings and a biscuit, the food wasn't ready so I wait for 55 minute, during that time I ask for my order 3 more times because I saw that they will grabing the wings and give them to someone else; alot of oder customers also arrive with different issues but my conclusion is not a good place, When I arrive nobody great me but when orders arrive the welcome them; I don't see people by the color of there skin but by there actions and is so sad that the world is like these.

I just drove here in the mood for chicken. Arrived 36 minutes before their posted closing time and get a message on the drive-thru window repeatedly that their store is closed. This location typically has the best chicken of any of the Popeyes in the area, but closing 36 minutes prior to your closing time is unacceptable.
The food is excellent. The service not so much. Staff have a lot of hair (beard, long hair) and no hair net or gloves were use. On my food was a hair so I have to tell them to change it. Waiting time is same of other fast food restaurant.

Just left here and the woman at the window is so rude. She did not understand what I was saying and she got an attitude with me. But I wanted to keep it professional because I could have said some things. Please train your people better. Instead of having an attitude maybe she needs a new job. Won’t be back here in a while. Customer Service should be everything and if she doesn’t like to work with customers, then this isn’t the job for her. Signed a customer service representative!

Food was great.During the ordering process I was told to order via the app because they couldn't enter the order on site. Super complicated then logged in there and entered all the data for an order. Took about 15 minutes. It took another 15 minutes for the order to be put together.That's just too long then I can go to KFC.
