On April 2nd 2024 830 pm me and my family went to dine in, this is are first time eating at pot belly’s. I was recommended by my boss to try their food . (Note) my boss only goes through drive through and never experienced dine in. Mind you pot belly’s closes at 9pm it was 837 pm when I was paying for the food to dine in .my 3 year old and one year old were already seated ,as I’m paying the employee Shane suggested that I eat at home and try to bride me with a cookie if me and my family left because he wanted to go home early . (Note) there was another gentleman if front of me that was dining in as well.There was no issue mentioned to him about him dining in .it would be greatly appreciated if someone higher up to reach out to me .

Our kids love potbelly (3 under 5) and we love the value of the kids meal here. Today Brandon was the best! My kids loved watching him fill the ice over and over so he stopped by to say hi. As we were leaving he came out and gave our kids a small sample of a milkshake. They were amazed! Thank you Brandon! My kids will be talking about that for weeks.

Me and my elderly grandpa came into the store last Monday. We met an extremely nice young lady named Courtney who absolutely made his day. She took our order and when she brought it out she handed him a king crown which he is still wearing weeks later. Can’t say anything bad about her or this company!

Bacon was burned on my BLTA. They made multiple to go orders while my sandwich got cold and hard after being toasted. Tables in the dining room are always dirty. Jimmy John’s across the street is infinitely better. Disappointing experience.
Got a delivery so everything was typed in correctly but basically didn’t get anything i asked for expect the actual tuna. Even the chips were wrong.I wish i could say the tuna was delicious but it was like a Subway tuna mix with more mayo than tuna. I won’t be back and if work orders again i’ll just take a walk.Pretty bummed because everyone said I’d love it.

Decided to try this place out with the wife.. if i have to write a review, it's either damn good or you should avoid the place like people avoided covid19.Food: Was subpar. For a place called potbelly, you'd expect a decent portion of condiments on your sandwiches. Employees seemed scared to put more than 3 spoonfuls on the sandwiches.I asked for some mustard and ended up with a side of sandwich.Wife complained about her sandwich being cold and mushy.. it was mostly hummus..Service: I realize that service with a smile is long dead, but damn the RBF could depress a memory foam mattress.Atmosphere: Nice.. ?Helpful tip.. have a sign that says order here? Watched 3 people do exactly what I did.. walk straight to the register.Another tip.. the menu is chaotic.. watched 2 people literally stare at it for 10 minutes before they could order.If you're going to be a hot sandwich place.. make sure the sandwich is hot.. simple.

Got sandwich to go. After one bite my mouth was on fire. I like spicy food but I ordered sweet peppers on it, not hot and this was beyond spicy hot. Called and spoke with young man who said he was the manager on duty. He said since the hot peppers are next to the sweet peppers, some may have drifted into the sweet pepper bin. I counted at least 6 hot peppers so it's doubtful. Anyway, he offered to remake it. As it is not convenient for me to drive all the way back there I asked for a refund. He said he was not authorized to do so and would ask the manager to call me back the next day. That was sunday. It is now Tuesday and no call back and no refund. I just called back and spoke with Sabrina who apologized, said she would take care of the refund right away, and said they were not aware I spoke with anyone on Sunday nor that I requested a refund that day either. Hopefully the refund is taken care of so I don't have to call again. Those were some HOT HOT HOT peppers

Really yummy sandwich for lunch! I got the Mediterranean sandwich but instead of grilled chicken they let me swap with chicken salad. I ordered the original size and oh my was it big! It was 8 inches but packed with deliciousness - I definitely should have gotten the smaller size. The hummus was so good - slightly spicy but added a perfect flavor. Fresh veggies - artichokes, red peppers and cucumbers. Added a chip and water and my total was $16 which seemed like a lot but for the large sandwich that could easily be split id say totally worth it! They have a drive thru and indoor and outdoor seating. There's a muddy path when you walk up front - please pave this! :-) I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

Love too come here,I haven't been too any other location so I can't speak on them..I am as real as they come with reviews & I grade hard..2seasons, #1 I am a Chef & #2 I believe people should get proper service and Food that do not send them too the Bathroom or worst the ER..Here the food is good and the service always on point..especially if you fortunate too pull up in the Drive through when laporche is on shift
