First time ever coming here, I’ll start off by saying I would def come back. We were curious and looked inside and left and the manager (young man in a suit) invited us back in and made us feel super welcomed. Along with the bartender, she was super great. The host was super unwelcoming and looked bothered by us needing to be seated. I’m assuming they’re the least paid and that definitely shows. The server was kind and professional but seemed to have intentions to rush us out. He was always ready to do the next step and then got us the bill as soon as we started dessert. Food was excellent and the atmosphere is what will keep me coming back.

Came for a birthday party with my family from all over the country to stay in Tampa. Had a 12pm reservation for Sunday brunch. The music was playing so LOUD no one including staff could hear each other. So I asked politely, “could you please lower the music?”. The staff obliged and said they would ask the Manager. Three other people asked the Manager to lower the music. Finally, I asked the Manager again to please lower the music, he angrily stated “I’ve already turned it down by half, I don’t want to turn it down anymore”. I said it didn’t matter how much he turned it down if it was too loud to begin with. To which he, no lie, leaned in and cupped his ear and said “What”. Then he said he’s not lowering the volume anymore.Awful customer service, no one at our table or the table next to us having a party could hear each other and we wound up just looking at each other and laughing. The servers and the food are good but if you want to be able to hear yourself think and have a conversation with people across the table from you, go else where. The Manager was rude and tone deaf to the situation. We live 5 minutes walking distance away from Predalina and we will never come again.

If there weren’t so many amazing restaurants in Tampa I’d give it 4 stars. The food was decent, nothing crazy. We thought it was going to be amazing, menu sounds really good, but the food was just good, not amazing like we were

Tapas! Ordered Octopus, 4 pieces small older than half my little finger. Ordered blue crab, instead got crunchy spaghetti with “traces” of blue crab. Server tried upselling bottles of wine. Left hungry. Go somewhere else. Atmosphere was great,

Overall the food tasted good. Highlights were the flank steak and the Baklava those were exceptional. The snapper was average. But the portions are too small for the quality of food they are offering especially the appetizers. Like i stated before the food is good you will be happy with the taste of your food but it is overpriced for the quantity they offer. Also the service is ok but nothing special. Like the quantity of the food, service didn't match the price. Good food but over priced. My review says 4 stars but it’s really 3.5.
I had the snapper and roasted carrots, and the food was just sad. The food was bland, uninventive, and fairly expensive for the portion size. Can’t imagine they are getting a lot of return customers?

The absolute worst dining experience I’ve ever had in tampa. Rude hostess, terrible seating, disgusting food and manager left his card but hasn’t responded in weeks. Disappointing to say the least after having a reservation for a month. Marketed and priced a NY strip but gave us a flank stank that was so tough the man at the table next to us who ordered the same called it the worst steak he ever had. My husband and I both got sick after eating here as well. After trying several times to reach someone at the restaurant and never hearing back I think people should know they’ll have a better dinner elsewhere.

Summary: Food was excellent (recommend the appetizers, entrees were good but not outstanding). Definitely pass on the cocktails (not good, especially for $20+. Hotel bar has highly crafted, quality drinks for less). Service was awful. My husband and I came here on a Tuesday night for our anniversary. We informed them of our anniversary during the reservation. When we arrived- the hostess glared up at us from the stand and we told her we had 7pm reservation. She proceeded to look at her computer, then at a paper, deadpan say "I'm waiting on someone to take you to your table" and didn't look at us again and we were the only ones at the front. Didn't smile once. Didn't acknowledge any special occasion.Waited a few minutes and then were led to our seats. No cocktail menu on the table. 10 minutes later someone arrived to fill up our 6oz water glass and said the server would be with us. Another 15 minutes goes by before our server arrives (25 minutes after being seated). We placed our drink and food orders. We see her 2 more times during the entire visit (once when the food arrives and once when we have stacked up all of empty dishes on the table and finished eating, about 45 minutes later. She was friendly and quickly apologized the first time we saw her, but that was it. I worked as a server for many years, so I give servers a lot of grace, but when you're looking at $200 check, it was pretty unacceptable. Servers arrive to take your order and check on you quicker and more often at Chili's than we received here.Food was excellent. Highly recommend the tuna crudo (perfect balance of sweetness, spice, acid). Cauliflower and brussel sprouts were also well seasoned and had a nice innovative mix of flavors/toppings. The scallops were good and cooked perfectly (seared and medium rare) but felt they were lacking a little.Cocktails were not good. My husband ordered the "easy read" cocktail (gin drink). He did not like it at all. It is very botanical and reminiscent of the Mrs Meyers Basil countertop cleaner. Maybe some people would enjoy this, but I feel our palates are pretty well versed in recognizing a well balanced cocktail even if it wouldn't be our preference. This was not. Very very botanical and just not enjoyable. I ordered the Oliveria (their version of an olive martini). It tasted like nothing. I expected some salty, briney notes and got none. It literally had no taste except when I ate a bite of the olives which accompanied it. At $20+/cocktail I would have expected a lot more. I have amazing cocktails at Hotel Bar (every one I've tried is a hit) and their cocktails are in the $15 range. We actually went to Boulon afterwards for another cocktail (two in the chamber) and creme brulee, and it was delicious.Atmosphere was nice. Nice decor and lighting. Noisy with conversation, which I didn't mind.Overall- solid 3 stars. Food was good, atmosphere was nice, everything else was subpar, especially for the price. I would go back for some appetizers, skip the cocktails, hope I had better service. With so many great options of restaurants in Tampa, it's unlikely we will return.
