Puff and stuff did the catering for a mosaic safety banquet. Meeting was boring but their food and service made it worth it. The beef tips and pan seared chicken was so good I went back for second. Hi all! For a TLDR; I would be cautious of using this catering company for any events, as the individuals working your event will not receive and service charges, tips on the bill, tips on credit card slips, or part of any cash tips they receive. I recently worked a shift through a staffing agency to work a Christmas party on behalf of this company, There are many things I could add to this such as how food is handled, how sanitary the operation is etc, but I will focus on the treatment of workers. I'm someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years. In all of my time, I have been extremely fair with tip pooling , treating others respectfully etc. What I experienced With this company is the first time I've seen something like this. Working a bartending shift, through the night we received some tips (very minimal amount per a person, maybe $1 average for a 3 hour shift and everyone ordering multiple drinks). About mid shift, the manager on site came behind the bar and grabbed the tip jar we were using. The manager then advised our cash was ready to be returned at our convenience as they had counted and disbursed it. When I returned to the tip pool (left on the counter randomly in a kitchen) roughly 50% of the money was gone. In speaking with another staff member on site, they advised that working with the same company, they have experienced selling drinks via credit card machine, ringing in $500+ of credit card tips, and never receiving any of them......I'm astounded this person returned to work for them. This kind of behavior pretty much speaks for itself. On the event invoice, there various fees for service staff on site, which the staff does not receive at all. I've worked at many other catering facilities in the area and in all of my time have never experienced something like this. A few tips when planning your next party: -Ask for proof that service fees and tips go to the employees working the event. -In the case that a company admits to them not going to the employees, if you plan on tipping employees separately, do it in cash, do it in person, and give the money to the individual(not one individual to disburse). Hope this helps yall be better informed about what can go on behind closed doors! Happy holidays!

Hire Puff N' Stuff for your next event! We recently had them cater our wedding at Armature Works on 09/23/23 and WOW! Everyone was talking about how incredible the food was.My husband and I are Mexican and it was important for us to incorporate our lovely culture's food for our wedding. We were a bit nervous going into our tasting as "good/tasty" Mexican food can be tricky to nail. I should have known we were not going to be disappointed. Our tasting was absolutely delicious! It made the decision of choosing Puff N' stuff as our wedding caterer, a no-brainer. Sandy, the event planner is wonderful to communicate with and responds in a timely manner. She definitely helped make this process super easy and stress free!Our hors d'ouevres consisted of chicken empanadas, tequila lime pulled pork, mahi tostada, and flank steak skewer. We opted for a dinner buffet that included a Mexican salad, chips and salsa (best salsa I've ever had), firecracker corn, mexican rice, pinto beans, braised chicken fajitas, cumin cilantro lime skirt steak fajitas, corn and flour tortillas.Thank you Puff N' Stuff for all of your hard work and your delicious food! Everyone loved the food and raved about its deliciousness :) So incredibly grateful for having found Puff N Stuff and cater our wedding. It was amazing!

The staff is all about making sure they get the tips from bartenders and share them with ALL the employees. They are not employees of that company to take tips from.They are always late & never prepared. No one really likes working for them, they are not a good company to work with & can easily make employees quit due to lack of professionalism.

Puff n Stuff is absolutely amazing. We had them for our wedding and it was unreal. All of our guests raved of how much they actually enjoyed the food. The pretzel and taco bar were a hit!!!! Lauren Balden worked with our planner and I, and they absolutely killed it. The servers and bartenders were AMAZING. They always made sure my husband and I were fed, hydrated and had a drink with us at all times. HIGHLY recommend Puff N Stuff for your catering needs!

One of the staff members overheard their request and quickly brought sauce free chicken to them. She even included a cookie!

Never again! We were given this caterer through Armature Works for our company party and from the beginning the staff on the phone was rude and non-accommodating. You pay about $100 per plate and get barely anything, so not worth it. My coworker and I were even at the venue decorating and setting up and Sandy from Puff & Stuff would give us dirty looks and had an attitude. She has set the tone of how the company treats paying clients. It now leaves a bad rep and we have been letting others know. I even asked a gentleman named Chris who handles the phone communication and set up and he said Sandy. This woman is giving a very unprofessional and poor disposition for a high-end caterer. We will never use them again.

Worked with the Puff n tuff team this past weekend and they were awesome! We had a ton of different stations, passed apps, and a dessert station and not a thing was missed! Delicious food, quick set up and break down, and amazing staff who were so sweet and such a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process!As an added bonus, they were able to maneuver their truck through a very small gate in order to hide it away from the guests! Great work!
