Overall disappointing. I was trying to find a meal prep delivery service in Tampa and thought I’d give them a try due to the glowing reviews. However, this just didn’t do it for me. The food/quality is mediocre at best and some meals just downright awful. 1- Quality - The beef with the eggs tasted rotten after two days and I ended up having to throw away the other two days I had of the meal . 2- Preparation- The slab of cheese just thrown on top is just sad to me , this shows the amount of effort they put into the preparation of the meal. The Brussel sprouts didn’t have the ends cut off. I asked for no pork and didn’t even request a substitution, yet they still put pork. 3- Portions - I found the portions unreasonably small . In one meal they threw some peas on the side and called it a day . Another they had maybe two tablespoons of rice as a side max. For the protein pancakes it legit comes with two pancakes the size of a silver dollar, not sure who that’s supposed to feed as a meal. Overall don’t recommend there are far better quality meal services in the area.

Ordered these meals for the first time after using a different company and they are delicious. I like the meal plans to choose from and the best part is the detailed labels. It takes the guess work out of counting your macros for each meal/day.

I absolutely love rebuild meals. It's easy to pick up at Burn boot camp winter garden and their food actually tastes good vs other companies. They have so many different options and it makes my life so much easier to be able to get home and just heat up food or take it to lunch or even get my breakfast in without being late to work!!

Also the customer service I've received has been amazing. I had an issue when I first came on because I was confused with the process of skipping weeks, but someone hopped on the phone with me, explained how it works, and even refunded me for an order that was a mess up on my part. They sent me a shirt as well after being a customer for a certain period of time and I love to rep my Rebuilt shirt! Nothing but good things to say about Rebuilt meals, I feel healthier than I have in a while thanks to them.

I have tried a good amount of meals from here so I can't review them all. Some of my favorites have been pork chop with apple, bok choy, shaved brussel sprouts, risotto, and coconut pancakes. I chose this meal plan because it is locally made & I like that it is week-to-week instead of paying per month. This was my first time trying out a meal plan and it has been an overall positive experience. I don't get it every week because of cost, but it is a helpful supplement for certain weeks when I cannot cook. Good taste & options- They have creative options. The food is not perfect but overall good. Most of the meals have been satisfying. Sometimes there is something in the meal that I don't like, but it is rare that I dislike the whole meal. Price/value- It can be expensive, but I don't think it is any more expensive than other meal plans. Easy to order- It is very easy to order and skip weeks. Picking up the food is also easy with many locations, there is one very close to my house.

I have been a ReBuilt customer off and on for a couple years now. I absolutely love their meals! Everything is so fresh and healthy but seasoned perfectly so it's never bland. I've tried some other meal delivery services but got tired of them quickly because it seemed like everything is drowned in sauce and cheese. Not ReBuilt! Their fresh ingredients always leave me looking forward to my next meal! Secret- They actually freeze really well! I mainly get the Performance meals so since it's just meat and veggies or rice, if I have any extras at the end of the week I put them in the freezer to have on hand later. I pull them straight out of the freezer, pop each portion out onto a cookie sheet and heat in the oven. DELICIOUS!

Rebuilt Meals has been a life saver for me. Eating healthy while not sacrificing taste and flavor was my goal, and this company delivers that and so much more. I've been with them for almost 3 weeks, and I haven't had a meal I didn't like. They have a huge variety and all the meals are filling and delicious. I can't recommend this place enough. Also, the pricing is quite fair especially with the cost of food increasing steadily. Not only that, I was able to pause and restart my payments after I had too much food and needed a week to catch up. The customer service is top notch and their team is always prompt and courteous with their responses.

I LOVE that Rebuilt has a different menu to choose from every week and my favorite meals eventually circle back around. They even have healthier versions of cookies and doughnuts! I’m a very picky eater but I can always find something good on their menu that I like and it saves me from cooking!
