Had an experience this Saturday, March 20 that never had in Red Lobster restaurants before. We ordered Bar Harbor lobster bake and redeemed some rewards. It appeared to be a surprise for waiter that there are rewards to redeem, so she asked if we want discount for these rewards. Next, Manager informed us that our order for Bar Harbor lobster bake was dropped down, so we need to wait longer. It was OK, but when Bar Harbor lobster bake finally arrived, it appeared that there was no shrimp, no scallops, and only 2 Halfs of lobster tails instead of 3. I dine at Red Lobster during business trips 50+ times per year and ordered Bar Harbor lobster bake so many times that I won't remember, so it was an unpleasant surprise. We informed the Manager and I had impression that he was not surprised at all. Anyway, we were not in a mood to argue, so we just paid and left tips as usual, but when we visit Busch Gardens next time, we will not visit this location anymore. I also ordered Bar Harbor lobster bake at my local Red Lobster in 2 days and everything was present as usual. I don't know if this restaurant location tries to save on customers or there was another reason like poor management, but it is "DON'T GO" for us now.

This location is Horrible, it needs to be closed down permanently.I ordered my food online at 8:45 pm.The Online services told me my order would be ready at 9:15pm I did not get my food until they were getting ready to close at 10 pm.It was myself & another person Waiting for online orders & A the whole family of 6 waiting to be seated when I walked in that family actually ended up leaving because no one didnt even come out to even greet them I asked how long was it going to take to get my Food,I kept being given the run around when I finally got it. I was missing my son's Drink with his order. and my broccoli. For a drink and broccoli you would think that would not take that Long to get it took 10 mins and I didn't think anything of it to even look at it when I got back in the car Because I was there too long and I was ready to go and again they were closing .to get home and to find this in my Broccoli, I was very upset.I called back and spoke to the manager and she was very rude "Her Response " The way we package food that was impossible". But I know Someone purposely put this in my food because I was complaining about the long wait time Of course, she went onto say nothing she can do because they were now closed. Definitely did not offer a partial, let alone a whole refund.Please do not ever go to this location.I say again they need to be closed down PERMANENTLY.

Tampa Busch Blvd, - horrible service but our server aka bartender was great. This store is a mess otherwise - seater had no clue and no manners, manager was equally bad, ignoring waiting customers (3 parties!). After this visit its easy to see why RL is going down the tubes.Update 4/19/24:Back in Tampa and wanted to use the gift cert received from our prior horrible visit to the same location. Had great service with Jerri! Food was nothing exciting but not bad. Improvement noted.

Ugly Truth

This used to be my favorite red lobster. I come here once a month. Today it was trash. All the portions are smaller, food was cooked improperly, soda was flat. Waited 20 minutes for the appetizer to have tge manager come out and say it'll be another 10 minutes, then 20 minutes later did it again. Fettuccine tasted horrible. Manager is dressed like she just crawled out of bed and threw on a WAY oversized shirt. Will never come here again.

The tasted alright but it wasn't anything special the shrimp scampi has definitely gotten worse over the years and the baked potato was dry/cold as usual. The size of the meal was the biggest problem I ordered two servings of shrimp and was extremely disappointed when I saw the size of it, it was basically a kids meal people were telling me Red lobster has gone downhill and I see why you could easily pay the same price and get a half Lb of shrimp somewhere else ?

Stopped for lunch and disappointed with service and mediocre food. Server at first took order and food arrived quickly. Sailor platter was ok with garlic shrimp lacking in garlic.popcorn shrimp good, flounder too thin. No biscuits were brought and the salad which was ALWAYS a n/c side is now $1.99. I skipped salad and figured biscuits would be enough. Server checked on me and I ordered another wine and reminded here about biscuits . I finished and no wine or biscuits appeared. A different server approached and said the happy hour Chardonnay was no longer available. No alternative was offered. I said that moment passed and asked for bill. Original server takes my credit card and returns with bill and biscuits in a BAG! I declined them and left . No tip either!I grew up with RL and could always count on them no matter what city you were in. Not so much anymore….

My husband and I came in for dine in, but the service was so slow, we ended up taking out. Our coffee took 15 minutes to come, and it was cold. After getting the coffee, the waitress said she would be back to take our order. It took her 10 minutes before she returned. We had to get the attention of a waiter to ask for biscuits. We ordered and it took another 35 minutes to get our food. We had to end up taking out our food, because we had an appointment.Our order was missing 2 loaded potatoes. We were very disappointed. I did call the manager the next morning, Coy, and he said he can give us 2 potatoes. That was not much of a compensation, to drive across town for 2 potatoes. Do better, please!
