The Pros:The first thing I want to do is give a huge shout-out to Sam! She was a fantastic server who did a great job.We tried a few different cocktails and they were all incredible. Very well done and I would recommend them. The short rib, the beef tartare, the lavender pear pistachio dessert were all exceptional and worth raving about! The Con:In my opinion this is the only thing keeping this from being a five star review. My party and I all ordered the tasting menu, and per the website I filled out the tasting menu accomodation request in advance as I have a seafood allergy. In email I was told it wasn't a problem and I was assured again by Sam when I was seated that it wouldn't be an issue. The very first course was an oyster amuse-bouche that I couldn't eat, and they didn't offer me any kind of alternative. I just had one less course than the rest of my party which was a very disappointing start to a meal that we spent nearly $1000 on. I would have also accepted an accomodation like a discount or a drink but they didn't offer anything like that. I want to be fair here that there is also a hamachi crudo dish on the tasting menu that they did offer me a delicious deviled egg alternative which was absolutely fantastic, so I didn't go completely unaccomodated, but it was still frustrating to have let them know weeks in advance, and confirmed at the door, and still been excluded from a course.

Cobia Collar:a fried fish collar dish, offers a tangy, salty, and mildly spicy flavor kinda like Thai cuisine, though personally, I didn't find it very spicy. At around $10 during happy hour, it's worth a trySmoked Potato Pierogies:The smoked potato pierogies, served with fried artichokes, cabbage, and carrot sauce, are quite tasty, especially if you prefer a slightly sweet flavor.Foie Gras:The foie gras, pan-seared, is incredibly rich in fat.Mocktail:also tried a mocktail with a rose flavor, their ice melts quickly.Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations; I'd likely return for menu updates. They offer limited seating during happy hour and a tasting menu priced around $145 per person

I've dined at Rooster & The Till three times for their tasting menu and twice for à la carte. The restaurant excels in introducing new dishes each visit, providing a delightful surprise every time. The latest tasting menu, though a bit heavy, showcased standout dishes. I particularly enjoyed the octopus course, complemented by a refreshing touch of squid ink that prevented palate fatigue. However, the sequencing of placing pork belly before wagyu seemed impractical, as it led to a richness overload, affecting the wagyu's texture. Nonetheless, each course individually was impressive.

Pros: food and service are fantasticCons: ridiculously loud! And Very very small portions for price. We ordered 16oz short rib for $75 and was not worth it. There’s no way it was 16oz.. 4 people each got one small bite. Disappointed.
