This is the best sushi we’ve had! We are stuck on the Crazzy roll (2z’s),Mexican roll, and Green Dragon roll. Edamame is also really delicious. Staff is great, outdoor patio is perfect. Great experience! Parking has been full each time so plan on a little patience or a little walk. Worth any wait!!

The place has its own atmosphere, the place is pretty clean, a good place, sometimes you need to wait in order to be seated. The people that attend you are very kind and you can ask for suggestions if you want to try new dishes.The food here is very fresh-made so is tasty, have a lot of flavors. The entries were good, loved the calamari. Then the rolls were on another level, so good flavors and a really good variety. I will return for a new batch of rolls. A recommended place for diners.

Very good! Suggest the lobster katsu. Never had a panko toasted lobster. Delicious. Black and gold sake was outstanding - best I've ever had. And Devin (server) is a long, tall, efficient miracle.

Delicious sushi in a beautiful, clean atmosphere. They have some delicious rolls that I never tried before. Sushi is super fresh and staff is super friendly! Arianna was a rockstar and gave us some spectacular recommendations ? If You're in Tampa Bay and love sushi, don't miss this one!Parking: We had no problem parking but it's a small lot and there weren't many people in restaurant at the time we went around 430pm. If it's a busier time, it may be a tiny bit right but you can find parking!
Just ordered this for take out and it was delicious! We got 4 sushi rolls and edamame. The rolls were fresh, the edamame had extra flavoring (I think sesame oil). Plus the staff was so nice, even put an extra treat in for Thanksgiving :)
Up until today I only did carry out here, overall I was pleased with the food. Had dinner here on a Friday night, the food and service was great. The only thing I would recommend is a light jacket, it was a little chilly where I was seated. Other than that I would highly recommend Sakana Sushi!

Personally, I think the Volcano Roll is delicious. The Eel sauce is a little sweet, but perfect pairing!Considering customer service is lacking and sub-par these days, it is very nice to receive excellent service. We were very fortunate to have Allen as our waiter. He is very knowledgeable & extremely polite. We took our time ordering. He did not rush us at all. Casual & business attire seems acceptable. The environment was relaxing & comfortable.Parking: It was packed and difficult to find a parking spot. They do have additional parking in the back. We went on a Thursday night.Kid-friendliness: We went there late amd sat outside. 3 Adu I ts and 6 kids. They loved everything, especially the chicken and veggies temp

Nice place with good sushi. Btw great people as well. I left my jacket there and couldn't go back for three weeks to pick it up. When I finally got there, they gave me back my jacket, it was very nice of them to keep it safe there. Hopefully, will be back there for sushi again.
Ordered online. 45 mins waiting. Showed up at the 50 min mark. Now standing in the lobby for 30+ mins waiting. The informed me the sushi is ready but the fried rice isn’t. So I guess the sushi just sits while it takes 45min+30mins to cook beef fried rice?Never again.
This is our go-to place for fresh sushi. We especially enjoy the "Early Bird" menu!
