service is bad they are always mixing up peoples orders and the manager and the supervisor is rude to the customers I wouldn't go to the slim chicken at MacDill Air Force Base. I think that they need headquarters from Arkansas to come to slim chickens and take a look because there are people who complain about their food.

This is the new one in Wesley Chapel. Service is terrible. Takes way too long. Chicken wrap was cold and terrible. The only thing good that I’ve tried. There is their macaroni, buffalo bowls they have to do something about the drive-through.

Would’ve been super helpful to know that this was on a military base and you can’t get in unless you have your service card. So we drove 55 minutes to eat here because we haven’t had it since we live in Nashville Tennessee just to not be able to eat there.?

We just had it for lunch in Wesley Chapel, Fl. It was AMAZING!! The breading on the tenders were crisp and very tasty, and the chicken was juicy and tender! The fried okra and mac n cheese were just as good! Also tried the mason jar brownie desert....WOW!! The customer service was outstanding, employees smiling and always willing to help. The manager came around as well to check on all the tables, a very funny guy! We found our new chicken place that we'll be frequenting now...and I just checked their hours, they are open late until midnight, another plus!!??

First time visiting one of these franchises. Completely unimpressed. Maybe I'm just a hot french fry snob. But I just cannot understand why why why you can't get hot chicken and hot french fries at a fried chicken restaurant? Anyway completely unimpressed, everything was a little over room temperature it certainly wasn't at the minimum 140° holding temperature more like 100 to 110. Got three different orders, three different products all tepid. Fried Chicken Sandwich, fried chicken strips and wings. Fries came with all three orders and they were all limp, overly salted and not hot. I'll give Slim Chickens one more chance outside of a military base in this case it's going to be two strikes and they're out. Utterly unimpressed.

Why ain't no one tell me Slim's Chicken low key gross. The chicken strips are teeny tiny, the seasoning doesn't blend well on the tongue, the wait was long for two costumers, and they didn't tell me until after I was served that the were out of toast. "I'm out of bread so I just gave you another sauce". I don't need another sauce I only have three strips! The raspberry lemonade was even bland, how do you mess up flavor and sugar. Was a waste of 9 dollars, wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go again. Go to Zaxby's or Cane's

This was my first time eating here. This location was on the military base. The food was over cooked, it was extremely dry, and I ordered the dry rub, and there was no seasoning on the chicken wings. The cook was friendly and told me that it would take six minutes to fry it, and I was OK with that. The food, even though it was cooked, was not hot. You couldn’t even eat the chicken wings, that is how dry they were. The tenders were bland, and the only thing I gave it taste was the buffalo sauce. The chicken tenders had a weird taste to them and I eat about 2 1/2 but when I got back to the house I was extremely sick.I do not recommend the chicken here.

This location is friendly and clean. The Nashville hot chicken sandwiches was not very spicy but came out (temperature) hot. The chicken fingers were not hot but were tasty. The fries were also lukewarm so not appealing.
Was excited to try this spot. They messed up our order twice, and had a horrible attitude with eye rolls when we asked for it to be fixed for the 3rd time. Noone else was in line either. Customer service is horrible, and the food isn't good either. Will not return.

Three star overall. We bought a family meal and everything was cold and dry. The service was good, but a line formed, so we didn't ask for a replacement. We got macaroni and cheese but it was barely enough for two.
