I ordered the coffee I always get and have done for the past three weeks at this location. It was sour and the milk looked lumpy. After standing for almost ten mins I asked the lady if it could be off coz it tastes sour to which she says it’s oat milk and the sour is our blonde roast. I will never visit this Starbucks again, I am not trying to get a free coffee, I just don’t want to drink sour coffee where milk looks curdled.

The staff here is absolutely terrible. They’re sarcastic, rude, and awfully trained. Orders are severely delayed despite an empty store. When followed up, they further slowed down and put other customer orders ahead of us ob purpose. Once drinks came… they incorrectly made the drink (no coffee, just milk and powder lol), as well, and gave us more attitude when we asked to correct. ?This female barista never apologised, refused to speak to us or look us in the eye. Other staff had to manage and even they were passive.Will support other locations instead.This branch doesn’t represent Starbucks at all.

Always strive to do their best and it shows. I appreciate the quick response and the warm greetings at the window. Seems like a nice place to work or come grab a coffee and chat a bit with some of the crew. 4th time here and will be back.

Service was good, drink was made wrong. I ordered a honey citrus mint tea and somehow milk or whip cream made it on there and it also wasn’t hot. This drink was expensive otherwise I wouldn’t really care.
