Stood in line 20 mins with no one else in line but the drive through. Employees organized straws & cups. Prioritized drive through and did not acknowledge me. When I finally decided to leave helped the guests behind me. Terrible service.

Morning workers are really unhelpful people waiting on customers without even knowing what they are doing. Hiring such people is a disgrace to your company. Please replace morning workers immediately. If you are going to work with these disgusting people, they have more work to do than take care of customers.

the drive through is so SLOW, i once had to leave the window because it took 20 minutes to get my drink, and 3 cars in front of me, over 10 with no cars in front of me. and parking is so so so tough to find. HOWEVER, inside is great, great environment, very nice staff, and the wait inside typically isn’t as bad, the food is good (egg bites, potato ones, sausage egg & cheese) and i’ve liked my drinks.

Placed my order. Repeats the order. Gets to the window and she repeats the order before handing me my two cups. Hands me wrong coffee. Didn't look until I tasted it and it was not what I ordered, even though my name appears on the
Waited for over 35 minutes for 2 drinks. I understand that operating during rush hours can be difficult & could cause some delay. But upon receiving the drinks & giving it a try, I immediately noticed it tasted awful. The drink wasn’t mixed at all, and not to mention the drink tasted nothing like my regular order. It was such a dissatisfying experience overall.

Please update the posted hours. I was told by an employee that the lobby was closing at 9pm (which is an hour earlier than the posted time) but that the drive-thru would remain open until 10pm. Came here specifically because it said it was open later.
