Worst service ever. They had zero food and the lady at the counter was unhelpful, grouchy and rude. Seemed like she didn’t want to be there, and didn’t want me there. I won’t be back.
Downtown Tampa came here with my granddaughter she wanted a Pink Drink. I got a sandwich and she got a cookie with her Pink Drink. I sked if they had any hand sanitizer I was told not out in front for the customer's. Are you out your minds people! As they were giving me my food she told me I could go and use the hotels restrooms. In the hotel lobby they had sanitizer. Shame shame shame. I wish I could have gotten my money and tip back. I'm never coming back here again. It's 2023 right after a pandemic

Had great experiences in the past, but staff yesterday was so unpleasant, talking about how “disgusting” peoples drink orders were right in front of them, and complained nonstop for all customers to hear. Overall extremely unprofessional.
