I got the COMPLETE wrong order. I somehow got a garlic something burger that I couldn’t eat because I’m breastfeeding and it upsets her stomach. Fast service but to me that doesn’t matter if you can’t get the right food.

Took 2 foreign exchange students to one of my favorite restaurants growing up. This location did not disappoint (they could put more whip cream on the shakes tho ) I was please surprised that the order system is now a touch screen kiosk. In this instance I was happy with the removal of wait staff. Our family had stopped dining in years ago due to poor table service. The staff preparing our food was charming and interacted respectfully, keeping us informed how progress. We will be back

One of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat failed me. Got the whole order wrong, old crunchy burgers, I asked for no onions and BBQ sauce on the side. They gave me a wet crunchy BBQ burger loaded with raw chopped onions and old melted cheese, a half a container of fries, got both of my kids meals wrong with loaded mayo on both crunchy burgers. With cold fries. We just threw everything away and enjoyed the milkshakes. I wasted money, however, I will not be returning. I'll just pay the extra money at Red Robins next time. ??? #BadFoodExperience #Disappointed #NeverAgain
