Usually we love it here. This time we had a different experience. Sat at our table for a long time with out any service. Waitress was nice, but in a rush. Super slow to get food, drinks etc. they were out of draft beer, atmosphere was hectic and loud. My husband ordered a NYstrip, cooked medium, flavorless, Very thin. Probably would rather food court next time. Manager was very kind and apologized. we were not looking for free food, just wanted her to know we come here often and this time it was different.

We were sat immediately, however it was in a corner at a high top table that we were told was just added that night. It took over 15 minutes for the wait staff to acknowledge us and take our drink order. It took an additional 20 minutes before my wine got delivered. The waiter deliver the glass but no wine and I had to ask someone walking by for it. My husband was facing the bar staff all night and was able to see how frustrated the bartender was getting with the orders that were coming in and I was able to watch the long lines at the bathroom all night since that’s where my chair was placed. The food was good but not worth the money we spent. We ordered the cornbread for an appetizer and we each got steak; him the NY strip and the filet for myself. The steaks were cooked to the adequate temperatures but lacked any flavors. We shared the crispy potatoes and the charred broccoli. The place was loud, cluttered, and chaotic. Definitely don’t go here for an intimate date night at a high end steakhouse. It had more of a bar grille feel to it. The decor/theme was very industrial which is coolParking: My husband and I use the park mobile app for a lot of city parking. We show up to park in the lot across the street and wait in a line 4 cars deep to get in. I see the code for the app so I pre-pay prior to getting to the attendant. I paid $10.75 on the app. We show the attendant that we have already paid for the parking spot and he tells us that because it was after 5pm we need to pay again in order to get a ticket for our spot. Even though I literally just paid 1 minute prior. We ended up paying double for the parking and then the only spots in the lot were on gravel/dirt. Not ideal for a girl who is walking in heels.

The whole table had food and I had to wait for my food.When my steak got to the table it was medium well. Dry and hardWhen I ordered medium rare. I did not want to send it back because it took 30 minutes to bring my food.I also ordered the beef bacon and it never got to the table.I told the waiter that the French toast was dry and I did not like it.And he never took it off the bill. My family and I had dinner at Steelbach, and it was a wonderful experience! Our server, Nick, was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We shared a tomahawk steak, which was cooked to perfection. Everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!

Had a great steak at this place, nice atmosphere. The waiter was good, I order a Negroni and got the wrong one from his colleague. He corrected it with out Inhade to say anything.The only thing is that they can’t do a real bearnaise sauce. If they want to sell that on the menu they need to fix that.
Had a great night and an AWESOME meal! The meat cuts are amazing, bone marrow mashed potatoes and Buffalo cauliflower were awesome! The Placebo mocktail was so good, definitely coming back

Went to this establishment yesterday and was treated like garbage. We were seated by one of the staff as soon as we walked in. He was very warm and polite. Once we got to the table, we weren’t ever able to sit down because an older gentleman in a blue suit immediately approached us & stated “you can’t sit there. You need to go talk to the hostess before you’re seated.” He continued to make a fuss about the reservations despite the fact that the establishment was empty and not once did he bother to say hello. We were offended by his approach so, we walked away and ended up eating at another location inside armature works.Would I recommend to anyone else? Not at all. I don’t deserve to interrogated before in greeted. We were made to feel uncomfortable and as if we did something bad over assumptions made by someone lacking customer service skills.

After waiting 15 minutes i entered and the lady assisting, forgot about my waiting list. After we were seated, we waited 20 additional minutes since no one came to help us WHILE every other table was already being helped. We ended up leaving shortly after.Ridiculousness at its pinnacle.
