Food is always great but management seriously needs to address understaffing. Ordered 40 minutes ago and only one employee and food hasn’t even been started. I’m the only receipt waiting and the restaurant is empty. I worked for subway in the past and it looks dirty and just a bad look. Have came multiple times and food is great but management or ownership needs help.

Worst place. One guy at the entrance threatening people saying he was the owner and place was closed because I made "the mistake" to go inside thinking it was open. Guy threatened and curse at me. People that works here are dangerous.

The associate was yelled at me. I have been coming to this subway for years and I’ve never had issues until this lady came to this location. Every interaction with this lady is unpleasant. She is always rude to me because I refuse to take off my mask. This isn’t the first time she has been rude but today is the first time she has yelled at me and called me out of my name.

To add to my previous post, visit the shop on Friday the manager was not in, called on Saturday I was told by the manager there’s nothing she can do and I was not going to get a refund, I am too late with my complaint. I was not asking for a refund just make it right. A new sandwich would have been nice. Although that wouldn’t make me order from them again in the future.

I when into this Subway twice. The first time there was a long line with only this one old lady working, and she was working super slow, so I left.The second time, (today), not busy, but the same old lady. I ordered a tuna. I asked for extra mayo, tomato. Both were near empty so she took the tomato ends and put them on the sandwich. I told her I wanted good slices of tomato. She took the end tomatos off and put fresh ones on. Same with the mayo. She squirted what was left in the near empty bottle. I asked her for more mayo and she got it. Then I asked for green peppers. She put a tiny amount on, I asked her for a few more and her said, all the veggies are portioned and she wouldn't put anymore peppers on. At this point I had enough and simply walked out of the store. As I was leaving she yelled out, don't ever come back here. (Believe me I won't)

This place smelt spoiled when you walk in. I’m happy Melissa the manager had terrible customer service because I probably would have gotten sick which could have been deadly for my personal situation. I requested a refund after they do not offer “more” toppings & the toppings did not look fresh. Save yourself from this place, eat elsewhere, you’re going to regret eating here. I would have went to Publix but I don’t like their steak sandwiches.

My wife and I had seen the ads on TV for the churros and pretzels. We went in the store and there were two people in line. There was an elderly lady working and she was the only person working. She had no business doing that job as it requires someone who can move quickly. I can't imagine what it must have been like during the lunch rush. After standing in line for a half hour we tell her we want two churros and two pretzels. They were stored in containers and she was unable to remove the lids. After she struggled for a while I offered to help her and she let me. After waiting all that time we took one bite of the churro and spit it out. It was disgusting and tasted like a mix of plastic and cardboard. We threw them in the trash can and took our pretzels home. I rewarmed them and they were pretty much just a tube of off tasting bread. No salt. Best part was the honey mustard sauce. Basically, we paid $10.75 for garbage and a waste of time. I would definitely advise you to avoid this place unless you like to waste time and pay for garbage.

Ordered online.Pickup is ready but she wanted me to wait until she got all the orders ready.Makes no sense.Order was literally in the bag and not willing to hand it to me.Waited 20 minutes for what?Just to pick up the food which is already ready and sitting there.

After a long day of work and craving Subway, I walk in at 8:00pm (store closes at 9:00pm) and am refused service. Keep in mind there are two tables of people eating, the guy behind the counter stupidly smiles at me and says sorry we’re closed. Stares at me the whole time I walk out. Staff needs replacing.

Walked in today around 6 pm and had an awkward experience with the kid who made our subs tonight. After asking me what kind of cheese I wanted on my sub, he put cheese on my partners sub and put both of our subs in the oven… mine without cheese. My chicken was also ice cold and they were out of almost all of the toppings despite it being completely empty in the store when we walked in… soo. Most like I won’t visit this store again :)
