I did drive thru and the lady said welcome to Taco Bell and I was ordering something from there and she said KFC only than I kept ordering than she screamed at me say DAMN KFC ONLY don’t come to this Taco Bell the workers are really rude.

The portion too small bowl nit full . The company's policy is redicoulus. Till of since covid excuse too sucks. Worse then before. Miserables like the story film & play etc. All cost 3-6 tines ad much. $3.49 not good. I'd it was $1.99 I'd get it, but not even. Should be $1.25. Period !

Can’t believe these people, won’t answer the phone when they mess up, ordered a been burrito no onions and it comes with no beans and tons of sauce and onions. Get it together!!

I’m a regular at Taco Bell. I love the food.But today my visit was unacceptable.The customer service was very poor. The lady taking drive thru orders maybe should be in a position where she doesn’t has to interact with customers.At one point I don’t think she realized that she didn’t hit the mute button and her conversation could be heard. She’s talking about customers using profanity to other team members.I was throughly disgustedThey also didn’t have several items I wanted to order ( grill wasn’t working )I then get my order and items that I ordered are missing from the bag.This visit makes me think twice about spending my money with a company that doesn’t value their customers.After reading other reviews it’s clear that this location is lacking leadership and poorly managed

Horrible service, it’s 10:45am. They just say we’re are not open. I ask when are u open. She just repeats we’re not open. I say, I know what time are u open. She just keeps repeating with an attitude. Obviously it’s understandable that this person can only get a job at Taco Bell.
