2nd time here and the food/service has sucked. I didn't post the first time figured it was a fluke, wife had a very stale and sour taco in our bag and we were charged for didn't get our nacho n cheese more headache than worth the money to go back, this time they got the entire order wrong how two number 1s become 2 numbers 2s is crazy wait 10 minutes for them to fix their mistake and when they bring out to car sour cream is all over the out side of every one of our tacos and the shells and no straws for our drinks or hot sauce and stale chips with cheese. Won't be coming back and will be emailing corporate

They handed me the wrong order. That wasn't the worst of it; they actually got mad when we told them and tried to make us take the wrong order by telling us the computer was way behind & there was no telling when our order would come out. After detailing our order, a guy came from the back with it. No sauces, no napkins, & the food have me the sh!ts. First & Last time I stop at the Dale Mabry location.

From the moment I stepped up to the counter, the staff member serving me was not only rude but shockingly racist.As I placed my order, the employee loudly mocked my accent, making insensitive comments about where I might be from. His tone was loud and mean-spirited, ensuring that everyone in the restaurant could hear. It was a deliberate attempt to embarrass me, with no regard for decency or respect.To add insult to injury, I overheard him making fun of my English to his coworkers, further displaying his blatant disregard for professionalism and basic human decency. When he handed me my order, he literally threw the receipt at me and refused to meet my eyes.As if the disrespectful behavior wasn't enough, my order was completely wrong. I specifically asked for beef on my taco, only to find it completely missing when I got home. It was a disgraceful display of incompetence and disrespect.I left Taco Bell feeling humiliated and deeply offended. No one should ever have to endure such treatment, especially in a place that is supposed to be providing a service. I urge anyone considering dining at this location to think twice and choose somewhere that values all customers, regardless of their background or accent. Disgusted and disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it.
