I would only recommend going here if it's your last option. I went here with a couple of friends and we ordered our food on the Taco Bell app, the food came out quickly which was kind of suspicious and after taking a bite out of my food I quickly knew why. The food was cold, I tried to head into the lobby around 7:45 pm but the lobby was closed and I waited in the long line yet again for them to re-make 3 orders Fresh or I would call cooperate which I did anyways because the folks was rude and unprofessional, very ghetto, if you don't want to work for Taco Bell then get another job just horrible experience!!!
I'm leaving this review specifically because of 2 decisions management made that lead to a terrible customer expirience.1. They no longer have a worker at the front counter.2. They lock the bathroom door and you need to ask for a key to use it.Each of these are fine on their own, but together you end up with a situation where someone has to wait a few minutes to ask a worker for a key, then wait a few more minutes for that worker to have time to unlock the bathroom for you. This problem can be solved a few ways, the cheapest fix is let the bathrooms be unlocked, but I understand they don't want people using the bathrooms to use drugs. The other solution is to hire someone to run the front counter, but from a bottom line standpoint I see how that can be viewed as "not worth it". The solution is NOT that the people making tacos need to "pay more attention" to the front counter, they don't have time for that, and that will make wait times and order accuracy suffer, in my opinion.
Got delivery from this location from the Taco bell app. Food was OK. But they forgot my frozen drink, diablo sauce, fork and napkins. Next day I went to the store to get my missing frozen drink. The manager told me I need to talk to door dash. So in other words they are blaming the error on door dash driver. After giving me a hard time I did get my frozen drink. Service should NOT be this way. I left feed back on the app and never heard back. This is not the closer store to my location. yet they chose to deliver my order from here.

Requested assistance with self ordering because they refused to take an order. I received an attitude because I requested to add beef to a cheesy roll up and it isn’t an option on the self ordering. They didn’t give my chalupa for the box I ordered and then continued to tell me that they gave it to me. After telling her she could go check my table inside of the store, she stomped off and made the chalupa and slammed it into my hand. I was nice the entire time, thankfully an employee that was off the clock came to our rescue to order but the two ladies working were very rude and didn’t care.

Bad attitude, digging in their butt to pull up their pants while making my food, forgot my sauce, half the ingredients missing, all the food poorly wrapped fell apart in the bag before even touching it. No cars in the line so theirs no excuse for the poor service.
Employees that get mad at you for them forgetting my drinks. Tables are all dirty. This taco bell gets worse every time I come here.

I ordered a online order from this exact Taco Bell around 8:40-9:00 on 2/29/24 and they were so great and so nice and accommodating to my needs ? they all deserve a raise for sure! Thank you for everything ❤️
Just don't go here, they were rude and technically stole from me. I ordered a deluxe box and only received a burrito, nacho taco, and chips. Missing my chalupa and maybe something else. I was told I was wrong while trying to correct my order. I just left because I wasn't about to fight over a taco. It's still annoying though. At least they didn't forget to ask to round up the tip for charity.

Terrible service I will not return to this location. Staff were loud and obnoxious. Tables weren't cleaned after being used. Food was not received in a timely manner which is sad since my family and 1 other person were the only people in the lobby. My order was not correct and when I asked for part of the missing order I was met with a very rude "did you ask for it?" I would not recommend this place.
