I can't rate the food or drinks because I have never actually been able to purchase anything there. I work in the building and on two occasions I went in, walked up to the counter with a smile on my face, ready to try this place, and was completely ignored. The first time was about a month after it opened and then again today. Both times I went in and was ignored while the employees had a conversation. Today, it was a female manager and another worker - the one at the register was about three feet from me, looked at me, and then walked away from me, over to where the other one was standing and they continued their conversation. There is NO WAY neither of them saw me or felt my presence. And if that is the case, I don't know which is worse. I walked out both times without ever being acknowledged. Today I came back to my office and was telling this story and the attorney in the office next to me heard me and asked if I was talking about Blind Tiger. He said he had the same experience six months ago and hadn't been back since because of it. It is clear to us that they just don't care. Normally I would say you need to do better but I will not be making a third attempt, I am officially done trying, so I don't actually care if you improve or not.

I love the Seminole location and I work right across the street from this one, so finally decided to walk over and try it. My coffee was really tasty but it was leaking like crazy from the lid as soon as they handed it to me. I had to hold it a foot away from me the whole time I was walking back to my office, leaving coffee droplets everywhere. I cleaned up the cup and lid and it started immediately happening again the second I put the clean lid back on. I just decided to drink it without the lid, but needless to say I was pretty annoyed by the experience. Maybe invest in better quality cups/lids? They were very flimsy. I’d rather just go to the Starbucks on the corner when it’s slightly cheaper and doesn’t leak all over me…

Hidden Blind Tiger! Just go up the escalator and it's straight ahead next to the bridge to the Hilton. Pretty empty for the morning. Great selection of food/drinks and to-grab food from the coolers.

Got an Americano & Signature Breakfast Sandwich. My wait time was non existent. The Tomato on the sandwich was crisp and flavorful. I highly recommend giving them a try!

Please stop putting Italian herbs and spices on your “Cuban Bread” LOL it tastes awful and not necessary. In the history of Cuban Bread this has never been done! It is certainly NOT worth the $4 price tag. Patrons MAY also be allergic to the spices you’re putting on there.Blind Tiger management: It would be worth investing in a press for your bread vs. toasting it. My bread was soggy in the middle, cold and hard around the edges by the time I got upstairs. Please call your Cuban Bread something else, you’re falsely advertising and misappropriating Cuban culture and taking something that’s wonderful and turning into a hot mess unnecessarily.

Kind of overpriced. Sometimes my croissant sandwich is $6, sometimes it’s $9. Coffee is okay, nothing too special. Costs more than Starbucks.

Hidden gem location. Walk in the front doors of the 201 Franklin building, go to second floor and it's to the right of the concierge desk. Got a matcha and egg salad, both solid. Very cute clean vibe and friendly employees.

Lovely spot. The worker girls are so sweet, and the coffee is delicious. I had an iced latte with their seasonal s'mores flavor.
