Stopped in for a late lunch with my husband on Sunday afternoon. There is almost always a long wait if you don't have a reservation, so i suggest you always make one if you are planning to come here.Drinks were good. The ahi poke nachos were good, but there were a ton of chips and barely any tuna at all. It was mostly just a bunch of spicy mayo and soy beans.Our entrees took over an hour. Our server apologized and told us it was shift change, so they were having a hard time with ticket management, food came out and my husband's miso salmon was burnt on top and the Plate was extremely hot which would mean it sat under a heat lamp for some time before getting run. We didn't have time to wait for another entree so we left. Manager comped his burnt food. I ended up having to throw mine away when we left because it was lettuce wraps abd wouldnt hold up in the car if we had errands to do. So we ate taco bell.So don't go there around 4.

I love the Cheesecake Factory, but this particular location was very disappointing. The hostess at the front desk was very uninviting. The girl looked angry, had no smile, no courtesy, and she was very short and unkind when we asked for a booth. There was no toilet paper in two of the three bathroom stalls in the ladies' room, causing the wait time to use the restroom to be very long.

Just wanted to start by saying that my waitress was incredibly sweet, attentive, and very professional. Unfortunately, it’s the presentation and food that really disappointed me. The utensils were incredibly dirty with old food on them. The bread was cold and hard. The crusted chicken romano and accompanying pasta was absolutely tasteless and the chicken felt undercooked. Even with the ton of parmesan cheese that my waitress poured, I still needed to add salt to give it some taste. And the cheesecake tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for days. Quality has sadly changed over the years.
