They catered an event I was at and totally knocked it out of the park. This was some of the best pulled pork I’ve ever had, the Mac’n’Cheese was fantastic, and the Banana Pudding was INSANELY good. I don’t think another banana pudding will ever match this. Highly recommend and wish they were closer to me in St. Pete so I could have it again

This food truck is amazing!!! My husband and I are foodies and love to travel just to eat ?. Their BBQ ribs melts in your mouth, the dinour ribs falls off the bone, meat is very juicy and tender, we also had their smoke chicken with their famous White Alabama BBQ sauce!!!! It's a most; of course I can't forget the side dishes the corn bread is on point, our favorite is the Apple Bourbon Baked Beans and lastly the Brousell Sprouts with Truffle?. Can't wait to go again, their over by the Southern Brewery and Magnanimous.
My wife and I had the Dino Rib, the Half Rack of Ribs, Brisket, Smoked Chicken with White BBQ Sauce, and the Smoked Wings; abs EVERYTHING WAS A HIT! This Chef is all the way on his "A" game. Do yourself a favor, and try the Bourbon Baked Beans,Truffle Brussel Sprouts, and the Banana Pudding! ???

First and foremost, I am very picky about my BBQ. Most BBQ places are hit or miss, and the sides are usually horrible. This is not the case with their food. I've ordered almost everything from their menu (excluding pork items), and they were ALL tasty.FOOD- Meats: Dino Rib (see video), Smoked Chicken, Brisket, Chicken Wings & Nashville Hot Chicken: no complaints about any of them. Everything was flavorful, tender, and juicy. Nothing was dry- Sides: Mac n Cheese, Slaw, Cornbread. Not your typical BBQ sides. Restaurant style sides, made with love and flavor. You can tell they put thought into their recipes. You can also tell everything was fresh!- Dessert: Banana Pudding, I DONT EVEN LIKE BANANAS, OR BANANA PUDDING, and it was great! Just get it!SERVICE: They are very personable and kind, and they always make sure you are satisfied.ATMOSPHERE: They are always located in a nice comfortable area .
Brian and his mate killed it from food to service. This place converted my girlfriend and saved my relationship - she loves pulled pork now.

I've eaten BBQ all across the U.S. and live in N.C., the Pork BBQ Capitol of the world. I have never eaten better Brisket and the pulled pork was outstanding. Veteran owned is just a plus. 5 Stars doesn't go high enough. It is a Perfect 10.

My goodness, this was the best brisket I’ve ever had period. So moist and tender, perfectly smoked. Even the lean pieces were like butter.The Mac & cheese was fantastic. Creamy & cheesy with a crispy crust. The pickled veggies that came in the box were a great addition. I’d buy a jar of them if available.Highly recommend!
We LOVE The Liberty Smokehouse food truck. EVERYTHING we have ordered has been amazing! The empanadas are beyond good, the Brussel sprouts are the best we have had, their version of fries are delightful! You will not be disappointed with their food. Bonus are the nights they are at the Two Shepherds Taproom....we get to let our dog have a blast while we feast!
