I have been trying to contact the restaurant for 5 days to make a reservation. When I call the phone number listed on their web page I get the following message "You have entered an invalid destination". This is no way to do business. I also sent an email via their website requesting a reservation with a call back to confirm and have not received a response. I cannot imagine ever going here since the ability to make a reservation is so poor, the service must also be dismal and I will not trust the food to eat in such a poorly run establishment.

This place is apparantly permanently closed save yourself a drive! There is a public hearing sign out front and it is empty, I understand that things happen but to continue taking online reservations is in very poor taste. Update your website so people don't drive 20 minutes thinking they have a reservation and show up to an empty restaurant!!!!!

I called before we went over to the Tampa location to make sure it was open. The voicemail indicated they were open. But we got over there and it was closed. Have they gone out of business?

This is our 2nd time going there, we found this place by accident last time we were in Tampa and so this time we had to stop by for brunch before heading home. We've only sat at the bar so I am not sure what the dining room waiters are like but the bartenders are very knowledgeable and attentive. The food has only been amazing. No complaints here, the portions are huge. 10/10 recommend

The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Next time we're in Tampa we'll definitely go back!

We had a large group of 10 and after waiting for a long time to place our drink order, the service improved and our order was accurate and arrived together. The lamb burger was good but had a more mild lamb taste than I prefer. The fries were ok, not very crispy. Pimento hash was really good. The sausage was not good, dense and dry--I don't think I've ever had bad sausage before. The decor is nice and parking is easy in the back.

The Mill was an amazing brunch spot with a good atmosphere, good service and a really diverse menu with something for everyone... from classic breakfast options to unique foodie creations that weren't totally off the wall. I made a reservation through Yelp and we were sat within 5 minutes of arriving. Everything we ordered was delicious, very big portions, and the bottle of champagne we got came with a variety of fresh juices which was the icing on the cake for our day date! Definitely run to this place for brunch and get the brunchwich if you're hungry!!! And definitely check out the bathrooms before you go!

The service was great. I sat at the bar with my cousin and the servers were very attentive and fun to talk to. The existing is more for he food. I got the eggs, waffle with the turkey sausage and the sausage lacked flavor. The waffle was made with cornmeal and that was delicious, but couldn't get passed the sausage. Good deal on the bottomless mimosa. We bought the bottle for about $32.

Found this place on a whim and I'm so glad I got to try it! The interior decorations are amazing and very detailed. The wait was not long and service was great. I ordered the waffles which I liked a lot. It was a good mix of sweetness from the waffle and saltiness from the fried tomato and sauce. The dish as a whole was a bit dry and I think having more sauce would have helped. My friends got the breakfast pot pie and that was delicious as well.

Tried this place again... haven't had the best experiences here but this time was actually not bad. Food was good and service wasn't too bad. I went for a late brunch on Sunday around 3 pm, so it wasn't busy. Watermelon bruschetta is my favorite, along with their mimosa's. It's a great special, I think it was like $36 for the bottle and unlimited juices with it and then for each bottle of champagne afterwards is only $16. Great deal if you are going with a small group!

The Mill is a cute little place for brunch with inside and outdoor seating near the mill. The food is similar to a southern cuisine with waffles made out of corn bread, fried green tomatoes, a southern belle salad and many more delicious plates to choose from. Overall The Mill was good and different from your average brunch places in the area.

SO DISAPPOINTING. When we heard this place was voted "Best New Restaurant" and "Best Brunch," we expected better. The decor was "eclectic" at best. Although calling it a restaurant with an identity crisis may be more accurate. It appears to incorporate elements of the numerous failed restaurants that once occupied the building. The chairs and tables are cheap mismatch of spray painted yard sale furniture. Our chairs were rickety; mine was broken and dangerous. The menu was "So basic," as Anna Delvey would say. For a place voted, "Best Brunch," I would expect more than a few basic breakfast plates and an odd mix of sandwiches/burgers. The prices are excessive, especially considering the average quality of the food. While they do offer craft cocktails, they cost about $17 each. Again, excessive costs considering the lack of class and atmosphere, which appears to cater to college-age kids. My biggest complaint has to do with the clientele, and the restaurant's failure to control them. The staff sat a table of clearly hungover/still drunk college kids near a group of families with small children. Two of the college kids were only wearing sports bras, perhaps not the most appropriate attire for the restaurant. Beyond the attire, the kids loudly used the "F-word" every other word. Not only did the staff not address these issues, they kept serving the kids alcohol without ever checking their IDs. I get it, if you want to serve half naked, hungover/drunk, underage college kids, that's fine. However, you may not want to seat them right next to families with small children... especially when you have a near empty restaurant! Bottom line, while we are glad we tried it, we were very disappointed. For the same money you can go to the far superior and upscale Oxford Exchange, where the food and service are phenomenal, the chairs aren't broken, and you don't need to put up with underage college kids' profanity on a Sunday morning.

I visited The Mill for brunch and ordered the Low Country Benny (subbed chicken). It wasn't bad by any means, just not my favorite. If I visit Tampa again I would not be opposed to returning and trying another dish.My service was quick, my waitress was pleasant, and I didn't have any issues finding parking.

My friend and I went here for brunch to celebrate her birthday. I made reservations ahead of time, and we were quickly sat at a table for two. Our server was quite slow in coming to our table, but fortunately service did improve. We started with cocktails; my friend loved her Pimm's Cup, but I thought my gin cocktail was just okay. Not enough flavor, so it just tasted like booze. For an appetizer we had the watermelon bruschetta. Loved this! It was awesome that the bread was crispy even with the diced watermelon piled on, and the combination of flavors with the feta spread and honey was delicious. For my meal I ordered the sausage and waffle benny. It consisted of a super sweet cornbread waffle, topped with sausage, fried green tomatoes, and poached eggs. I got the hollandaise sauce on the side. The waffle was so incredibly good, as was the sausage. The sauce was thick and odd, which was the only thing not perfect about this dish. Also - our food was served approximately one minute after our appetizer came out, so they definitely need to work on timing. We got a complimentary dessert because it was my friend's birthday, and the lemon and blueberry layer cake was outstanding. We also loved the lemon basil ice cream it was served with. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating, both indoor and out. The restaurant wasn't even full when we left, so it's nice to know that this is a great option for a last minute brunch. Now I need to see if their dinners are just as good!

I just ate the low country Benny which was delicious. The biscuit was very tough to cut but everything else was a taste bud flare. The potatoes that were smothered with etouffee were great but I didn't taste any crawfish(I guess cause it's out of season). I also do admire how the sausage was cooked to a perfection. I like my food mixed together so if your not that type of person it might not be a thing for you. Glad I stopped by to check them out.
