Food was great, service very good the noise level was unacceptable Between the saxophone player and noise in general I can not dine at restaurant again. This is not the first time this has occured.

Food was very good, service was not up to the usual standard, perhaps the server was new. We were seated in the bar area and the noise level made it difficult to converse as a member of our party is hearing impaired. Would these things keep us from returning? Absolutely not!

Overall, we had an excellent birthday dinner experience at Sacred Pepper. Service was great, food was great, and ambiance was really impressive. The only downsize was the volume of music the DJ was playing. Very hard to hear each other. Other than that, absolutely amazing dinner experience. Would recommend!

I will first say that our server Dominic was very attentive to the table with filling up our wine glasses and checking in. I ordered the $44 filet medium rare. It came out medium well the first time so I told the server and he had the chef recook it. Then it came back medium. I told the server it was still not cooked right but he insisted I try it. I told him I would eat it but never reorder it and he said he would tell the chef. The steak was also pretty tough. I left 1/4 of it on the plate as my friend wanted to try some too. Mashed potatoes were good so I ate all of those. Disappointed that there was no apology from anyone regarding this. It wasn't the best experience from Sacred Pepper. Overall our dinner was about $300.

"I love the atmosphere. – Comfortable dining room chairs. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The fried peppers amazing. Service was well-timed and friendly, wines were affordable." It is better to sit in the diningroom for conversations. The bar area is louder.

Our Sacred Pepper experience was great from the get go. We had a great table. The restaurant had music playing but it did not deter from our ability to communicate. Our salads were terrific, our filets were amazing in both quality and flavor. We ended the evening with dessert and it was phenomenal as well. Our service was great and we were tended to often enough to assist our meal but not intrusively. We will definitely go back!

The restaurant was easy to find.Parking was smooth. We had a reservation for a birthday dinner, once all guest were in attendance we were seated immediately. Our waitress was kind and answered all of our questions. The waitress was very attentive to our party as well. The food over all was good. The only thing I did not care for was they had too much garnish on some of the shareable plates, other than that the food was good hot and fresh. The ambience was very nice. It's a restaurant for any occasion, birthday dinner, date night, girls night out or simply to enjoy a nice dinner in a nice setting.

SP is our favorite restaurant. We dine there often and Shawn & Danielle are great. Danielle was on vacation and Shawn was in a different area.First we were given bread plates, but had to ask for the bread. We each ordered a Bizette with my wife requesting the pepperoni put on mine double and none on hers. Only one came out 1/2 & 1/2. My wife's Salmon was 1/2 raw and we sent it back, but when it came out cooked properly it had far fewer vegetables than originally. We go back up north in a few days but will be back at SP in December. Stacey turned a bad evening into a much better one by coming over and resolving the problems to our satisfaction. She is excellent!!

Food was a hit or miss depending on the dishes but service could’ve been better since I consider this place an upscale restaurant.Appetizers:- Oyster oysters were small and I’ve had better oysters rockefeller elsewhere- Steak not a fan was the steak was hard and chewy, doesn’t taste good either- Lobster Stuffed Shrimps: 10/10 highly recommend getting this dish as it tasted phenomenalMain Entree:- Sea bass: one of the best I’ve had, cooked to perfection and the ginger sauce was just *chef’s kiss*- Salmon: I stole a bite from my sister’s dish and I think it was meh, nothing specialDessert:- Creme brulee: delicious- Raspberry chocolate molten cake (?): decent, was free because it was my mom’s birthday so no complaintsOverall, would come back just for the sea bass and the lobster stuffed shrimp when I crave them

I made a reservation for 3 at a high top table on Open Table at 5. On the site it specifically asks if I want a high top and because it's an option I chose it. I haven't been to the restaurant in a couple months because I no longer work in the area but when I did we had three company Christmas parties there and happy hour at least once a week. I can unequivocally say that my coworkers and I supported the local restaurant. Last night when we walked in there was an immediate definite difference. A bunch of teenagers greeted us. I felt like I walked into McDonald's. A girl asked if we had a reservation and I said that we have a high top in the bar. She explained that it is a first come first serve basis. I explained why do you have it on Open Table as an option? She repeated that it's a first come first serve. And I repeated but it's an option for me to choose it. I could see from where I was standing that there was a high top that stated reserved. I said if it's first come first serve why is that table reserved? She said it's a friend of the owner. WOW. One of the teenagers led me to our table and I asked for the manager. What seemed like a 22-year-old came over to our table. Immediately I was not impressed with him. He didn't say Hi I'm the manager and my name is whatever.... He literally walked over to the table and looked at me. I guess that was my cue to start talking? Still don't know his name... Anyway, I explained to him the same thing I told the teen at the reception and he reiterated that it's a first come first serve. Clearly, I got that since it was the third time I heard it but I felt it worth repeating that you have a high top table with a reserved sign. He explained that it's the owner's friends. I said so then it's not first come first serve because the owner's friends got special treatment. I understand that it happens but you should not be so obvious and have a sign on the table. Also, I said so I can call in and say that I'm a friend of the owner and to reserve my table? The 22-year-old didn't get the sarcasm. So now I'm wondering if the 22-year-old type manager actually went to school for hospitality. If the owner saves a spot for her friends did this kid get the job because it's one of her friend's son? I've never had a manager good or bad come to my table and not identify him or herself. Another observation about this manager type person he spent more time between the teenagers at the reception and the special guest at the high top table. Doesn't a manager work the floor? Doesn't a manager go to each table and ask how their meals are? I will be shocked if he had any kind of managerial restaurant training or have a hospitality degree. If he does, I'm guessing he graduated last in his class or close to it. While I was talking with him, I even said we have many restaurants to choose from and we chose this one. Apparently we also chose ladies night so there were In the future, we will never go back and it's not 100% about the high top table. It's also the attitude and the quality of food. The shrimp and crab appetizer are to die for but the steak bites could have literally gone through a wall if I threw it. I don't know if a baseball is as hard as that steak bite was. The leather of the baseball is probably just as tough as that steak was. Obviously, I'll never go back because are too many other restaurants to patron.

“Hands down, some of the best food I've had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The fresh impression drink, house salad, calamari, killer chocolate cake, and barbeque chicken pineapple pizza were especially memorable. Must try!” not to mention our sever Madelyn did an excellent job, So we will be back soon.

Haven't visited Sacred Pepper since before the pandemic and it has definitely changed. The updated menu is a big improvement. Our server, Leah, was just lovely. We requested a champagne sangria that was not on the menu, and she and the bartender accommodated us and wow was it outstanding! The Mediterranean baked goat cheese with olives, roasted tomatoes and chickpeas was delicious. My husband, who is Italian, loved the red sauce on the chicken Parmesan. A huge improvement in flavor. My braised short ribs over cheese grits with fresh veggies was lovely. We were too full for dessert, but will try that next time. The noise level is HIGH due to the bar and live music. My main complaint is the tables for two are closer than arms length and prohibit ANY conversation. Please, a little more room!

He is excellent and the shrimp and crab are amazing. But those two things are not worth it. Obviously, we will never go back.
