The burgers were amazing! The street burger was so complex with flavors. Sweet and savory. The covid burger's sauce tasted like a smoked white sauce. Yummy for fries. The fries were good. Nothing to write hone about. I forgot to mention the service was fast. Huge burgers out and to you within 10 mins. No restroom is one downside. Sending customers to 7 11 and having them come back with beverages could cost them. But I will definitely come again.

If I could leave a zero I would but I’m forced to leave 1 star.Been a long time customer. Got my order last night and it was completely wrong. Called the TNT to let them know and today I get a nasty, rude, insulting phone call from the manager (Martinez Vega) lecturing me on how to order. Mind u I order the same thing at least once a month and never had an issue until last night.All would have been fine if Mr Mansplainer hadn’t called to insult and blame the customer instead of taking ownership for the mistake.

One of the best burgers in the Tampa Bay area! It was my first time here and I was not disappointed. The staff was extremely friendly! We got the bacon Cheeseburger and the Waikiki burger with fries, and both were cooked to perfection! The ingredients were fresh, well seasoned, and flavorful. French fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside as well! Definitely will come back and highly recommend it!
These are by far the best fast-casual style burgers I've had, and some of the burgers are very creative. My only issue is that the food is very expensive for what it is. At the price point of TNT, I can easily go to a full-service (and indoor) burger restaurant like Ford's and get half-pound burgers cooked to temp as opposed to the thinner burgers these guys use that are basically just a step above your average fast food burger. Really good food, just needlessly expensive in my opinion.

Ordered via Uber Eats...TNT Fries and bacon cheeseburger. Expensive, but worth it b/c the food is really good, and it was packaged really well. I should've taken pics before unwrapping and biting into the burger twice lol . Even the bag it came in was great quality...super thick and sturdy. The portion sizes were huge! I took off one star b/c the bacon on my burger wasn't fully cooked. I hate chewy, fatty half-cooked bacon...prefer it crispy. If nothing else, at least fully cooked. I just took it off and cooked it in the toaster oven for a few minutes, problem solved.
