This is very bad service. The all employees are very bad service. I have a order for pickup when I entered in the lobby one of them employees said me get out the lobby is closed and then I make the line for the drive thru and when I got to take my order another employee said me get out and cancel your order. So in this place the customer care is very bad

While the food was tasty, the service was not very friendly. We were at Wendy's for the first time because we are tourists from Europe, we don't know the menu very well so we tried to choose from the boards to make sure it would be good because unfortunately there are no computers where you can place an order on the spot, so the gentleman who served us was not very pleasant, we had the impression that he is angry that we came there at all. Another minus is the toilet, which requires a thorough refreshment - as well as the entire place, because time has stopped there.

There was 2 eyelashes on my burger I went to tell the employees they said there is nobody here with eyelashes and did not want to give me a another burger after we gave it back and the food was nasty.

Came here to do a review of the Breakfast Baconator for a third party company. Over all the sandwich itself is great, unfortunately this location was out of the sauce that they use on the baconator. But over all it was a good sandwich. The bacon was nice and crispy. I ordered using the drive through, but that's where most fast food chains lose me. The person taking the orders was very bland and short. I ordered my sandwich and instead of asking for anything else she just told me the total and to pull up. Hold on now I have my family with me and my oldest wanted something too. The whole time this person was very short and no personality at all. Not saying you have to love your job but at least act like you like people. Wendy's food for the most part is already good by itself for what it is. What kills me and this goes for most locations/company's, if you are short with your customers and have little to no people skills maybe you shouldn't put these people on the drive through line.

On my way to play golf and stopped to get something quick. Ordered a large chili. After all the years enjoying Wendy's chili this was the first time there was hardly any meat in the chili! Hopefully just an accident.
