Horrible service. Rude employees. Gets the order wrong frequently. Wouldn't have been too bad, but I ended up with the ghost pepper chicken instead of what I ordered and it lit me up. Couldn't eat it. Sometimes the food is cold. You most likely will have to clean off your own table if you dine in.

I ordered like $40 in food with the delivery came out to $49 and some change would have been able to rate the food if only I received it!! The delivery driver brings me drinks and says their was no food with my order yet hands me a long receipt with everything I ordered on it.. this is ridiculous.. why would have the delivery driver left the drive through without checking the order? I honestly don't know who's to blame but I'm very upset that my kids went to sleep hungry

It’s a modern marvel how much this store messes up a drive thru order. They throw random spicy nuggets in when there’s not enough regular and they have never even once given me the right sauce, it’s a joke this place even still runs.

I live within 5 minutes of this location and have tried SEVERAL times to give this place a chance but I will forever choose to drive to any Wendy's location other than this one from now on. Service is absolutely WORST I've almost ever seen and I worked in food service for almost 20 years.I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches on the app for a quick mobile order pick up. Get there, go to drive thru and say I've got a mobile order (and I only mobile ordered bc last few times I just pulled up and tried to order in drive thru something was always broken or they were out of it). She tells me pull up to the window, after waiting a few minutes she says park and they'll bring it to me. I sit there and watch 3 other cars come and go with their orders in drive thru while I'm waiting on my two pre paid Sandwiches from 20 minutes ago. I see two employees playing football in the back parking lot. Another car comes thru drive thru, I roll down my window and look at the window to see if I have been forgotten and lady yells across the parking lot from the window at me that my order is coming. Another five minutes later the employee that was playing football in the parking lot came and brought my two sandwiches I waited almost 25 minutes for! This location needs all new staff and or management it seems! Worst location ever!!!! Food was fine, no problems once I finally got it but this location seems to consistently have horrible staff and customer service issues. I will go somewhere else from now on for Wendy's. Any location better than there.

One of the worst places to eat. Ordered baconater jr meal, smeared with so much mayo and ketchup, couldn't even eat it, made you gag. Totally cold food. Most of the beverages in the machine were unavailable. Lucky if you could find a lid for your drink. Tables looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. Disgusting. No paper towels in the bathrooms at all. Surprized we didn't get sick eating there. I heard other customers complaining about the disgusting tables.

If I could give a -5 I would. I went for breakfast this morning and the cashier was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. When a customer service agent is going to argue with me tell me she’s going to match my energy and behind her managers back telling me bye Felicia. There is a problem. She refuses to m take correction regarding nasty attitude. There is a problem. I will never go back to that Wendy’s! I told them keep the food.
