The owner is extremely nice! The food and beverages is absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is SO peaceful! One of the BEST vegan spots in Tampa! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

OMG!!!! This vegan spot is one of my top favorites. I stumbled across this spot while driving around. The food is amazing and I’m speechless for the desserts, let’s just say I never visit with adding 2 desserts. I love this place, always friendly, the food is amazing (I need to say it again) you got try it, I promise you won’t be disappointed!!! Try their pasta, Asian noodle and the lentil soup is to die for and of course cinnamon roll and banana bread, just everything….

I ordered from them twice now and will definitely be my last time ordering. The second shipment came in a flimsy box and was damaged when I received it. Their shipping policy states that it is not damaged when leaves them. That's ridiculous. If you ship it in a thin cardboard box with only tissue paper protecting delicate baked goods, that's a problem. There stuff is okay but don't waste your money if you order online. It's expensive for mediocre baked goods that are poorly packaged.

The perfect breakfast spot, tons of options, endless baked goods, great coffee (got the horchata latte) and plenty of seating. Great staff too. I went with my parents and they felt totally fine there. I had the crunchwrap and it was great. I wish I lived near somewhere like this.

My husband and I and our daughter went for the first time for breakfast and we ordered the cinnamon roll, carrot cake banana bread, veggie burrito, hash brown and breakfast Crunchwrap with the Lavender latte and flat white and it was all delicious! The customer service was great and our 11 month old daughter enjoyed a little bit of everything! We will definitely be back and we are so grateful to have found out about this place as we are from Clearwater and there are practically no options by us.
We ordered the breakfast Crunchwrap supreme and the veggie burrito, both we excellent and filling. We loved the vibe this cafe brought and will definitely be returning soon.
Awesome vegan restaurant in the Tampa Bay area. It's kinda tucked away down S. Manhattan Ave., but worth the drive. The food and drinks served here are delicious. Excellent breakfast/brunch and lunch selections, something for everyone. The breakfast crunch-wrap is so filling. It can be a little messy, but you don't mind because you're stuffing your face. Don't forget to check out their pastries too. Something for your sweet tooth, just don't let your eyes fool you. You'll want to buy more than your stomach can hold. So check them out and give them your business, whether you're vegan or not, you won't be disappointed. Check out their merch too and support a local Tampa biz.

Empanada was so bad it prompted me to write this review. Especially considering they are $8.00 each. The crust was decent and flaky but the filling was so hard, it was inedible and lacking flavor. The filling was the texture of hard plastic bits.. ? The lemonade was fresh and sweet and the apple cinnamon bun was dry but flavorful.
