i wish i could give 0 stars. absolutely horrific experience. made a FEMALE TAKE OFF HER PANTS TO GO INSIDE!!!! literally told her her PANTS were not “dress code appropriate” (parachute pants)… talk about making females uncomfortable!!!! but on top of the humiliation of being told to strip outside of a venue, what if they had a religious dress code? would they have discriminated against people of different religions if they weren’t comfortable wearing the skimpiest clothing to see good music??? wouldn’t put it past them tbh considering how we were treated when trying to enter. horrible establishment could not recommend less.

Tried coming here twice while I stayed at the Godfrey Hotel, both during their hours of operation, and they were closed both times. The 2nd time I went to the hotel clerk and asked why they were closed and she said they didn’t even tell her, she found out from a customer that they decided to close early. Disappointing that we couldn’t use the convenience of a restaurant attached to the hotel for its purpose.

Went here on a Saturday in October and it was really quiet, despite the sunny day. We had reserved a cabana online, but when we arrived the staff informed us that the online booking company hadn't sent over the reservations that morning. When we finally sorted that out, they wanted to charge us twice as much for the cabana, even though we had the price from the online booking company in an email and a text from the manager. That was a pain, but the place itself was great. Beautiful views, clean pool, great DJ, and fast service. I'd like to go back when they have an event, but our chill pool day was great, too!

WTR Grill is an absolute gem in Clearwater, FL! The waterfront setting is breathtaking, and the food is equally impressive. The menu offers a diverse range of delicious options, from fresh seafood to mouthwatering steaks. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring a fantastic dining experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor, WTR Grill is a must-visit spot for a memorable meal with a view. I'll definitely be back!

Fried pickles didn't taste great but those chicken tacos were fantastic. Both of these items were only $8 during happy hour and the tacos are a better $8 deal! The service was okay, 20% is added to your bill automatically and this place is like a little Las Vegas vibe in Florida.

First time and felt welcomed instantly, Jake’s a great bartender introduced me to the spot and now I’ll be a regular.

Awful the service. I paid my bill and took picture of the receipt. After I check my account the waitress charged me $100 more. I think she maybe put that money as an extra tip because she was asking me for more when I was paying the bill.

My company rented us a Cabana last Saturday and had a blast. The DJ was awesome the pool was great and overall great atmosphere. Had so much fun I lost my watch. I called the day after expecting to not get much help at all, but Lennie the manager got back to me right away and the rest of the staff who were there were happy to help. Thank you WTR !

This review is based solely on customer service and the manager that works at WTR. So were staying at this property and the front desk recommended this pool party as we’re celebrating a birthday. We go today in the morning to get information and reserve a cabana, we meet with a fast talker super nice sold us quick and efficient and we advised we would be coming back as it was 11 am. We advised that someone in our party has a picture of passport but also has a legal immigration document stating he’s legal to be here and it’s been used to Fly in the United States and for ID purposes as it was issued by immigration, he stated if it’s a legal document there shouldn’t be an issue. So we paid came back with our party and as we’re walking in the security states to my colleague that he has high top shoes and that’s not part of the dress code as well as he was wearing a hat that had a basket ball team logo and stated jerseys weren’t allowed. My colleague went back to the room and changed as he comes back , they then state they can’t take the legal document issued by immigration as there a private establishment and don’t accept it. Now we ask to speak to the manager and he comes out with no emotion or regard with the miss communication fromThe fellow employees. My friend gives his hand out as a sign of respect and starts the conversation and you could tell he didn’t want to even shake his hand nor have a conversation with our group. Very rude but most importantly non empathetic at all and concerning that a business is being ran without knowledge what a proper legal document in the US is and alarming how he treated our group. None the less we would never go to this establishment and if it’s not already affecting the numbers for this establishment, I wouldn’t believe this was the first time the manager treated someone like this. Right now your still in business but running establishment like this will eventually run down what’s most important which is the customer. Good luck WTR

Take pictures of your receipts and keep an eye on your bank account after going here. They are a "cashless establishment" for a reason- they're stealing from people. I was way over charged- almost double, and multiple other transactions that I did not make appeared from them in my bank account the next day.

I refuse to have an operation take in my call. I have questions and prefer to talk someone and the operator recommends to text “Joey “ and would not respond either. Where is the communication?!

The worst experience ever the manager and establishment are extremely racist. We had they most expensive table reserved. Regardless of the fact that my friends and spent money they still treated us disrespectfully. The manager seem to be high on cocaine or some type of drug. The pricing is if you were in Miami or Las Vegas but the vibe and overall ambiance is totally different , night and day. Don’t let the videos on Social media fool you, you will be extremely disappointed. Save your money and go to the Hard rock instead better vibe.

Gave to plastic silverware and served the food in disposable containers. The burger tasted like the meat was spoiled. The sign says that the had $6 apps but charged us full price. They add 20% to the check but they don't tell you. We asked for them to fix the prices of the apps and they said they had but they did not. Thr waiter told me he would fix the fact that I had tipped him 20% above the added gratuity but did not. Not worth the money was a very disappointing time.
