Cleanliness is a huge concern. Employees are too busy in their phones to pay attention to the yogurt on the floor. Stepped outside and saw another huge rat. Loved this place forever but sad to see where it is now.

The woman that works here was very sweet and helpful and they have a new coconut flavor (or new to me) that was delicious! This location is much less crowded than the other south tampa location, which is a bonus in my book.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves coming to this one. The outside seating is on a little Astro turf area that she loves to play on :)

Easy service. We went in late at night and the store was clean and the employees were very helpful. A couple of the machines were out which is unfortunate bc they were the flavors I wanted but it's not anybody's fault, just something that happens. I love the variety Yogurtology provides and I'd definitely go back.

We used to love yogurtology and would always be excited to see what the monthly flavor was…but they have gone down hill a bit lately. The stores aren’t as clean and they always seem to be out of key flavors.

I went to this place twice in one week because it was so good. The frozen yogurt is super creamy and it doesn't melt super fast like some froyo that I've had at other places. The flavors I tried all tasted good, but I would say the salted caramel was my favorite. There are lots of good toppings to choose from too. All the froyo options are low fat (which is great if you're like me and have trouble digesting high fat dairy), and there plenty of gluten- and dairy-free options as well. My only critique is that it's a little expensive, but in my experience, all froyo places are. (That may also be because of the excessive amount of toppings I dump on top...oops ). Definitely worth it though!

I really enjoy the Yogurtology concept. I believe they change their flavors once a month. I had a combination of salted Carmel, captain crunch, California pistachio, and strawberry milkshake. Super yummy IMO ?. It cost me about $6.
