I had cold and I lost my voice, couldn’t order through the drive through, went to the window and the lady went off like crazy, I told her I’ve lost my voice can’t order and u won’t hear me, she goes, that’s why u need to come inside, she was very rude, definitely not going to this location

Very rude employees especially when you ask for something at the window like a water cup or any sauce you’d get a rude attitude and closing the window shut hard on your face, a few days ago I visited the same location and I ordered a falafel wrap with no fries and I said it clearly at the speaker and the employee responded with ok and when I get to the window I get charged with the fries and I let them know i didn’t ask for fries and she closes the window and starts making fun of me with the other employee about the fries and that I said it wrong, I run a restaurant as well and if I had an employee like that I would fire them, 2 different employees btw on 2 different occasions, completely bad customer service and ruins the experience makes people not wanna go there anymore and will cause their hours to get cut because of no money being generated and they will moan about it.

Customer Service is everything and if you don’t have it then there is no point of running a business. I was recommended to try Zeko’s tonight cause I was advised they have good food. I still wouldn’t know cause the service at the drive thru was rude. I was kind enough to advise the person it was my first time there and I wasn’t sure what to order and of course I had questions. The response was very impatient, rude and sounded like she didn’t want to be there. If you don’t want to work then pleases don’t come to work with that type of persona. It drives away customer when you’re unfriendly. Of course I left with no food to try due to the lack of customer service.Vegetarian options: Seen some on the menu

Pretty great for late night fast food service and bathrooms always seem to be clean which is Key to safe eating. Just wish the menu was a little more honest in the drivethrough it has falafel wrap listed under Vegan options when the Taziki sauce is made with non-vegan yogurt.

I have been going here since the pandemic hit. I tried it after hearing my oldest/dearest friend’s mom speaking so good about it.We go at least once a month for takeout and everyone is pleasant. Cynthia has the best demeanor. I can’t say there is never an error, but if there is, it is fixed promptly with no gripe.The rice/beans/chop-chop, fish and shrimp (grilled or fried), fries, chicken wings, steak and cheese always taste great.There’s also a great atmosphere inside, the few times we have dined in.Kid-friendliness: My son and chocolate drop love going inside to sit down and eat.
