I told the lady I have a coupon code at the drive thru, she says oh OK it shows up as a blah blah blah, but she needs a paper coupon. Why does burger king have an app with digital codes but they need to have a piece of paper for a coupon? This location is the worst because it's a franchise, not corporate. If it shows up as a coupon, just take my money and give me my food. Isn't the transaction on credit card good enough for "keeping records".

Here on March 3rd at 10:30 p.m.. I get to sit at the drive-thru speaker for 12 minutes before somebody answers. While I was waiting I called the store phone number nobody picked up. It says it's open till 12:00 and right now it's only 10:30. Obviously no manager and obviously nobody cares. You really let people sit in the drive-thru and not answer? Well if you're going to have terrible service then you're going to have a bad restaurant and word gets around

Literally, every time I come here you have to wait at least five minutes before you can even place an order because the only have one or two staff members running from window to window. It is highly understaffed and it’s not the staffs fault. Corporate needs to handle this as they’re losing business because of it at least three cars drove away because they had to wait.

Not sure why I was asked to not pull all the way up to the service window until they were ready even though there was no one in line? Then they waved us up gave us the soda that was on the order then asked us to back back up until food was ready. I mean it wasnt that long that we had to wait just very confused about the whole pull up back up thing.
