The server was great and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. The food was mediocre, at best. My friend ordered the ribeye that came out extremely fatty and heavily grissled. I ordered country fried steak and was given country fried chicken. Overall, the experience left a bit to be desired. Not so bad that I wouldn't go back, but definitely not good enough to raise it to the top of the list when deciding to go to a steakhouse.

Food as always was amazing. I love their prime rib. They thing was they didn't give me au just for my prime rib and although I got the butter and extra sour cream fir my baked potato I didn't get the potato. Kinda pointless and honestly a stupid mistake. The manager was rather blase about the mistake and blamed it on the waitress that brought the order out. A true manager would have accepted responsibility fir the screw up and not told they customer the employee was at fault. Twenty + years in the industry and the problems no matter how big or small fall on the manager. She needs some remedial trying to learn that lesson.

I took my girlfriend and her granddaughter here for dinner, and it was a huge mistake. We went a little early to avoid the dinner crowd and there were only a handful of customers in the restaurant when we arrived. Even though this was the case, it took quite some time for our waitress to take our order. After we finally ordered, it took over half an hour to get our food, and it was not worth the wait. My burger was rare, which I ordered medium well, and my girlfriend's food was cold. My girlfriend decided to just keep her food, but i needed to send mine back because it was way too undercooked. The waitress took the burger back to have a new one cooked, and it came back rare again. The manager came out the third time and said she was going to go back and personally cook it herself, and when she brought it out, it was still rare! How do you manage a steakhouse and not know how to cook a burger? My girlfriend ended up not eating much of her food so, at that point, I asked the manager to take my meal off of our bill and we actually went somewhere else to eat two hours after initially being seated. That's how bad of an experience it is to eat at Cody's. When your wait staff, your kitchen staff, and your management are this incompetent, you will definitely not be able to keep customers. I know we will never go back, and we have let all of our family and friends know about our experience, as well, so they don't go through what we went through and waste their time and money.

So this was our first time out here, and sure enough, we loved Cody's Roadhouse so much, we went in 3 times!Great food, great house salad. But perhaps, the bartenders need to be on the same picture on making the drinks, for example, we decided to sit on the bar area and I've ordered cranberry-vodka (twice) both drinks made with the same vodka, two different bartenders made it completely different, the first one was great, the second one was super strong with the alcohol. Skipped on the second one.Otherthan that, everything came out great!
Wonderful experience service was great. Food was awesome. Was not long wait. Management is really nice, stopped by the table to make sure everything was good

Avoid this place at all costs. We ordered and it took our waitress 30+ minutes to come back only to tell half of our party that the prime rib they ordered was sold out. The kitchen is obviously not communicating with the wait staff. We ordered different items and were coming up on an hour wait for our food now. All the replacement orders came out first and then all the original orders were still another 10-15 minutes behind those. So, our entire party ate at completely different times. My steak came out and was just ok. I had ordered sautéed mushrooms on top but they didn’t come out with the steak, they came out 15 minutes later after I already finished eating. Thanks.This place was a complete waste of money and most of all TIME! It took us nearly 3 HOURS of just waiting on our order. Our waitress never even brought us water or refilled our drinks even once.Absolute incompetence abounds here. Don’t come here at all if you value your time or your money or your mental health. One of the worst experiences we’ve ever had at a restaurant.
