Small place on run down side road. We got a few apps. Assorted spreads, char broiled octopus, shrimp saganaki, and conch fritters. Spreads and pita was good... octopus was good... shrimp was flavorless, tiny, and overloaded with tomatoes and onions. Conch fritters were ok, not traditional with tons of cumin. Service was slow , bathroom was dirty, dishes were not fully clean, and there was a line of about 6 people to wait in to pay. For the options available around I'd skip this from now on.

Cute little restaurant off the beaten path of the main strip of the sponge docks. Quieter atmosphere and great service. They seem to have a lot of good specials, but we came with a Groupon that had a specific menu. The prices were very reasonable and their portions were good too. Will definitely be coming back!

We would have gotten King Crab legs if someone had mentioned it to us. It should be posted that THURSDAY is unlimited King Crab legs day !( Not just on a banner outside in small print !)

We have been going to Costa’s restaurant at least once a year now for 5 years, and always bring friends and family with us to enjoy from their delicious menu. Overall our experience is positive but I did want to leave a review regarding safety measures for the servers when serving food. Like most restaurants, one can expect hot plates to be served on a cast iron of some sort. Every-time I have been served a hot plate usually the server will specifically say “this is hot so be careful touching it” and will place it at a distance from anyone who may be to close to the hot plate. We have a toddler who like most toddlers does not know the dangers of things. When the server brought the hot plate, she places it right in front of where our toddler was sitting and within a moment our little one went to touch it before any of us could move it. Luckily the contact was quick, but our little one’s hands were pretty red even after washing under cool water.The lesson I would like to convey here is to please be mindful of where you are placing such items near. This happened within seconds and it was totally avoidable.We hope this will be taken into consideration for future team training.

I rarely if ever leave a review but the service we received yesterday was poor at best. Had to flag down the waitress for everything and I mean everything and after flagging the waitress for a water refill she brought a pitcher mostly filled with ice and rudely sat it on the table and walked away, No offer to refill the glasses , No conversation , No courtesy, absolutely nothing! There were three waitresses on duty and about 18 -20 patrons at the very most. Service was poor and unreasonably slow & unfriendly. We will never return.

The service foremost was not good at all!! Unfortunately we wanted to try a new restaurant spot in Tarpon and hadn’t tried Costa. We regret it!!! The food was mediocre but the service was non existent. And the place could use a clean up, especially in the restrooms.
