The worst starbucks ever. I live so close to this starbucks but I hate going to this location. They have the slowest, I mean THE SLOWEST service ever. It doesn’t matter what time or day of the week. They are just SLOW. A lot of times they are not even that busy, and they do have staff. Other starbucks have the sams amount of staff and customers but they don’t serve slow like this location. Everytime I come here I get so disappointed, like you wait half hour later, and still nothing for one cup of coffee. Same with drive thru, and even with pick up orders! They also have the rudest staff ever, they see you standing in a long line and they’re just doing their own useless thing and ignoring the fact that there is a long line, and it doesn’t matter what you say to them! Even if you’re being nice or pissed, they ignore you. The staff here does not know team work and not organized at all. And RUDE!!! Beware!!!!

Here is another place that permits the use of laptops. The customers linger on the tables working on their laptops prohibiting others from sitting at a table to enjoy their coffee. The coffee is awesome, and we go there at least once, sometimes twice a week.
Waited over 1hr in drive thru. This will be my last time at this location.P.s. this is the only bad review I have ever given. Management get it together.

Every time I go to this Starbucks the line is wrapped around the building and is a 20+ min wait. It’s 12:37pm on a Sunday. I would expect this at the prime hours. I love Starbucks but I purposely avoid this one because of the wait…..

Got upcharged and not even the drink I ordered. Coffee tasting stale. I'm glad that they can't mess up a prepackaged sandwich. I'm disappointed in this location. I brought up my rating from 1 star to 2 stars since someone above the store reached out and assisted me.

Had to have them remake my drink twice. They made a cream based Frappuccino without asking me because they were out of coffee base on the floor and too lazy to refill it, I asked them to make it correctly so they mixed coffee base into the cream based Frappuccino and when I got it back I had a spoonful of whip cream when the original order was extra whip. I asked for the extra whip and they dumped out some drink and filled it halfway with whip, felt like spite. Amy is the only nice one there she completely remade the drink how we originally wanted it so thank you Amy.

I waited 20 minutes for a coffee that I ordered..line around the building. They have no sense of urgency nor concern for their customers. Sad part they still didn’t make my drink right and I feel stuck with it because I don’t want to have to wait another 20 minutes for them to correct it.
