Every time I have ordered there the food was hot and really good. But for about a month now can't order from there on the app and the phone number listed is for some insurance agency. Wish this would get fixed soon!

I have only gotten take out from here once or twice, and was heavily disappointed in the deluxe philly. Worst philly I have had- bland, lacking peppers and onions, couldn't see or taste the extra mushrooms. Talked to other people I know and they had similar experiences at this location. I have now tried other westshore pizzas and they all seem to do something better or worse than other stores...just stay away from the philly's at this location, better off getting it elsewhere. Staff and service were fine.

I can't believe you charged $27+ to deliver 1 calzone and a 2 liter of soda less than 1/8th mile to disabled man's home. And forgot the 2 liter of soda. OOPS. Ridiculous.

Just ordered from Westshore in Tarpon Springs. We order quite often and normally everything is good. This time is the last time! Got a Calzone and Chicken Parm dinner....awful! The Marinara sauce for Calzone is the worst I have ever tasted seem burnt or old and I got a side of meatballs that are all sliced up and dry not a drop of sauce on them. The Chicken Parm is horrible as well what a waste of money. Usually I get good food from them but not this time absolutely terrible will not go back ever!

Stopped by for lunch , the woman who waited on me was so nice, had a slice of pepperoni pizza , salad and drink for 6.00 and change , great deal ! food was great and service was better , my new favorite place for pizza , loved it ❤️

Ordered a large pizza with wings and Garlic knotes. Pizza was disappointing. Pizza dough must have been old or something because it was like rubber. kind of disappointing. Everything else was ok..

Literally four slices of pepperoni, five pieces of onion and three olive slices and no sausage(as shown on menu) on each of the three calzones ordered. You can also see how tiny they are in comparison to the four oz. cups next to them. Three calzones delivered in a small pizza box. They should be ashamed. Be warned.
Horrible experience. Ordered for delivery. Waited forever because of restaurant not the driver. Ordered a meat lovers pizza with wings. Got a pizza with cheese and tomatoes and it was disgusting. Wings were way undercooked. Like meat was way pink. At least Grubhub refunded my money, but will literally never order from here ever again. All the food ended up in the trash. So gross!!

Pizza was fantastic even, and even though we were 30+ minutes late for pickup, they still offered to warm up the pizzas as they had gone cold, 10/10 service would come again.

I ordered the lunch special that is advertised on the paper menu and electronic menu as $9.49 for a personal calzone and a drink. They then charged me an extra $2.49 for a drink that I only ordered because I asked for the lunch special that came with one. When questioned, the man who rang us up told me that he was changing his prices and hadn’t put it on the board yet but lunches no longer come with a drink. He did not tell me that when he took my order and was very rude when I asked about it.

Not only are these people extremely rude and the food is subpar but I am writing to warn people that Westshore Pizza in Tarpon Springs are THEIVES. We ordered carry out and they left food out of the bag. We called and let them know right away. She said we could come and get it, which would ruin dinner even more, so I asked if they could deliver it to us because they have a delivery service and it was their error. She said NO. A few days later I went in and a rude man did not welcome me but said "you'll have to wait, I'm busy". I thought gee, this is how you greet you customers? When he looked up our order, plus I had the receipt, I said I wanted my money back and he said he doesn't give refunds. Well, this isn't a refund, it's not like I didn't like your food and want my money back, I just want the money you took and I got no food. He said NO, and he didn't care there were other people listening. I just want the money you took from me. He said the girl I called said I could only have food in return. That was not true. She didn't say that. These people took my money yet they knew I didn't get my food. He told me to call the police! I told him you can't keep money from people without giving them their food; that's being a thief! He said WELL,THEN I'M A THEIF.
